Subject is self-explanatory. I've been going with Greyskull for around 8 months until i plateaued, so i decided to change my routine. I ran with Madcow for 2 months but the progress wasn't what i wanted.I need a routine that preferably has short workouts, ideally under hour, but i can go every day (i work remotely and live next to the gym so i have a window for workout after waking up). What are best routines for that?
