Not sure what's it's like for other people, but slightly lower weight, higher volume is MUCH easier on my CNS than heavier weight, lower volume. Whenever I switch from some strength program to a bro split or a PPLPPLx routine, I feel like reborn. I have have more energy, better libido, better mood, and just feel less lethargic overall.

Ive just been training arms and delts 1-2 days on 1-2 days off besides joints/fatigue and shits pretty sick and im not even bulking either. You need to do more psychadelics weed and liquor or youll look just like a smaller version of mr olympia.

Took a few days off while still bulking and i got bigger for several days. I have not been able to replicate these effects because my shoulders are super duper fucked up, if anyone has any front/mid delt tendon/joint recovery tips it would be appreciated.
