Yeah it's a bit too hard to track accurately, so I don't count it for strength training. For cardio it overestimates, so I log 50% of it. My '600' calories burnt on the exercise bike lets me have little buffer so I don't stress about going 50-100 calories over. And seeing it go up each week is motivating too.

That being said, they are two parts, the color and the shape. The shape can be a little more obvious as you lose weight, because it's no longer as stretched out. It's scar tissue, so the effect isn't super pronounced, but that's what you might be experiencing.

Ground Turkey chili or stew (beef or chicken) have been my meal prep go tos lately. Easy to make, taste pretty good, is highly satiating (especially the chili once you consider the kidney beans I add), and is high protein without going to high in calories. Ever since I added Calcium, Potasium and Sodium I noticed the following difference:

Thought I'm not sure if it's because of this or because of the Fishy Beef Chow I've been eating for the last 3 days which one anon described as nutrient overload. Either way, both my macro and micro nutrients seem to be spot on so I'd say yes. Bit of pita to swallow 12 pills in the morning but if that's what it takes to make it work, then so be it.

Lactose intolerance is excessive fermentation of lactose by bacteria in your gut. You have to consume a significant amount to cause excessive fermentation.
