Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. Not lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.

I hate cardio so much its unreal but i think i hate lifting even more lol. Starting a 48h fast, probably going to run the next session fasted but not gonna take creatine beforehand since i seem to get nausea from the shit for some reason.

The healthy range goes from 18,5 to 25. In truth, for the vast majority of people, when they get to the healthy range at 25 kg/m2 are still going to be fat.

It depends on the body composition, but some people won't reach that 10% bf lean body until they are classified as underweight on that scale. So BMI has its use, but it shouldn't be used strictly to figure out if someone is "healthy" or not.

Insurance definitely isn't going to pay for retatrutide you fuck. Ozempic is way cheaper than retatrutide on a per mg basis and 1 mg of semiglutide per week is a legit dose. The equivalent for reta is like 4 mg a week. So its WAY cheaper on the grey market.

Twice in the past I've lost a lot of weight and then the first time I hit a milestone I "gave myself a break" which turned into a year of backsliding and being right back where I was.
Lost almost a hundred pounds last year and regained at least half of it. Challenges and rewards don't seem to work for me so I'm going to try accountability and humiliation.
I don't have anyone in real life I can do that with and I figure since I'll never see any of you guys irl I can be brutally honest.
I'm going to try to post everything I eat not holding anything back no matter how bad it is and show my progress.
I've been calorie counting for the last 3 days which I've never done in my life. It seems to be working I like that I can just set a target and not have to worry about what I eat specifically.
But I know I need to eat better things, today was really bad because I wasn't at home so I just ended up eating fast food. I'll do better tomorrow. I don't have a scale I ordered one once I get it I'll post my weight but I'm guessing it's somewhere around 430.

I did basically anything besides calorie counting because I didn't want to get that autistic about numbers. I tried fasting, keto, carnivore, just anything you could think of except for tracking numbers. It was a yoyo struggle, some weeks I would lose a ton the next I would regain half of it.
I'm just a very inconsistent person, I hate keeping scheduals or sticking to a pattern. I thought I could do it if I just found the right method but I failed with them all.

I did at the doctor a few months ago. Some of my stuff was good but my insulin was super high, I think it was 70 or something which I guess is really bad. I'm terrified of getting full blown diabetes, that's what killed my grandfather. The diet is working fine but It's about time I upgraded it.
I did some glance at the ingredients and I noticed few things I could upgrade.

Similiar price but no trace carbs. I guess the 3rd meal will be more carnivore friendly
>Switch Smoked Oysters to Mussels. Add Iron supplement to compensate.
Checked ASDA/TESCO/Aldi and Sainsburry and they dont have any other Oyster meat. The one I've been eating doesn't have iron anyway (atleast myfitnesspal would have me believe that). Also sunflower oil which I now learned is not something you want in your system.

the roadblock in your weightloss is that 1200kcal is not a lot of food
so exercising in order to burn more calories in order to be able to eat more food is the solution

You guys ever think about how you got here. Like what happened in your life to make you get morbidly obese? I was 350lbs and use to drink 5 nights a week. I was spiraling into a deep depression, failing at my job and had basically burned all the bridges to my friends and family. I spent my entire 20s just destroying my own life and for what? I still have no idea. At least I'm doing better now.

Anyone else feel the same?

well I've been addicted to soda and pop since a young age
for most of my life its all I've drank for hydration
I also stress eat snack items because of work stress
I did manage to lose 30lbs a few years ago but that was circumstantial as to get to work I had to walk an obscene distance before and after work to get there and back

I just spend 2-3 years feeling sorry for myself and not caring what i eat or drink because i had multiple real life problems (actual real problems) that put me in depression. one day i just woke up and saw how much of a fat fag i became and decided to stop it. im close, but i got some way to go to totally undo the physical damage i did to myself. no point in dwelling though, just remember it to not do it again.

Born into a poor family, fat kid from the start from poor nutrition. Makes it hard to learn and then you have stressed out parents that have no problem giving you a bloody nose so shit gets stressful and you stress eat
Dad was a poor boomer infantry man who got absolutely fucked up cuz never taught proper coping or eating skills
Mom was a poor country girl who ate anything they found

Both showed love through massive amounts of food and items. Vicious cycle
