Endurance-rooners have generally low muscle-mass from the even tougher longer cardio sessions. If you want to stop muscle atrophy, you have to challenge yourself and get yer protein in. You don't gotta go to the gym and lift, but at least some body weight exercises. Cardio is a good workout for just one muscle: Your heart. It's an important muscle and one you want being fit so by all means do some steady-state cardio it'll be fantastic for your health.But it's not going to stop the rest of your muscles atrophing.

Been doing 2 weeks of mostly 24 hour fasts and breaking them with around 800-1000 calories. No sugar. I feel like im in a new mode recently. Zero hunger cravings. Did 34 hours yesterday and broke it with a small thing of Japanese curry and katsMy question is do you think drinking some beers will fuck it? Could it be something to do with glycogen not catching up so im in fat burning mode even though im eating some carbs. I do a lot of walking and some running.
