Started 288 2019. Got down to 190 again. Had some bad advice about bulking to get muscle and was listening to stupidity and ramped up to 240 again. But we are 218ish this week. 1800 cal a day right now, targeting 160-200g protein. I’m 6’4. Ultimately goal is to recomp to 210-220 optimally at like 12%bf. Shooting for the moon a bit but hey. On 12 week cut that finishes end of October. Then will do maintenance about 8 weeks. Doing 5 day PPL A/B split. 90 minutes. With some morning cardio sessions occasionally. Work a physical job so endless cardio is just out of the question. Except the pool of course kek
