Because /fit/ knows nothing about lifting. Also that image is wrong. Upright Rows work entire Upper Back, Traps and Side Delts.

If this subhuman board spammed Upright Rows and Lateral Raises instead of OHP, they would have capped Delts already. But fuck, why do them. Some jew on youtube said they are bad.
