Just do the majority of biceps as standing for heavy and 5ishrm ezbar preachers and work the inside/outside with wide/narrow and biasing pinky/thumb. Ive been doing a lot of quasi lat raise out to the side angled dbs to get the outside of the bicep and i can do strict 50s all day now with 17.5in biceps and i just started doing arms at all. You can do arms like 3-4 days a week pretty hard. Maybe add some bicep biased chins/pulldowns.
