DYEL here. i get sharp pain in my ulna, about halfway between my elbow and my wrist, when i try to curl heavier weights. happens with both arms. it lingers for awhile even after i finish lifting. am i over-pronating? over-supinating? is more forearm too weak?

>>76673017Yeah used to get the same pain when I first started, especially doing barbell curls. Felt like an electricity / zapping sensation. It went a way after I escaped dyel mode, you'll be fine.
