The real shocking thing about that was that I was already shredded and had hit a plateau on a (strong) deficit + cardio + lifting. In fact I added cardio hoping to overcome the plateau but it did nothing so I almost wrote it off for calorie burning. But the trip made me reconsider. That being said nobody except NEETs or faggot influencers (aka NEETs) has the time to walk 2 hours a day so it doesn't really matter how great it is.

I would say for people who want to lose fat or gain energy, it is a very simple way to assist that, but has to be a part of other activities. I will say this. And I have found this with myself and with other people.
