Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. Not lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.

Arms and legs already have their own flaps, and I'm noticing it starting in less tolerable areas as well.
I'm expecting to have a fair bit when all is said and done.
I've pretty much accepted it. I've read the guide in the sticky but I don't expect to have much control over the end result.
I think being obese for a decade had a bigger effect than anything I can do while dieting down.

I feel there is one kind of fat that looks absolutely disgusting towards people.

I don't know how to exmpalon it, like, it's better to be fatter and stronger and people will not think bad of you, but if you are belly fat, while the test of the body looks somewhat normal, you look like amorphous and it's the worst you could look.

I'm not fat fat but I have a belly and it shows on my face too but the rest of my body doesn't have fat, and I can feel I'm disgusting for people. It would be better if I was full on fat.

About 3 months into diet overall, and 7th week of lifting, counting calories, protein and creatine.

Went from about 98kg (estimate, forgot to weigh at the start) to 92.5 and the visual difference is already huge. I can almost see my clavicles, my armpits are actual pits and not flat, very minor bicep and shoulder definition, surprisingly good triceps, and I even learned to flex my chest.

I've lost more before (11kg) but without looking even half as good, back then I didn't really care about protein or lifting properly.
The best part is, I'm full most of the time and still eat pretty much whatever I want. Back then I'd either go to bed hungry or bargain to eat more junk.
Is this what a recomp is supposed to be like? Most days I'm anywhere between 100 and 600 calories under my limit (2760) in myfitnesspal, and seem to be losing 300-500g a week.

Depends how tall you are and how much lean mass you have. I'm 186cm and I used to weight 120kg when I joined this thread. My initial diet had around 80/150/60 carb/prot/fat grams and I was losing both fat and lean mass rapidly. I just broke 100 kg and my current diet has 200g of protein. My weight loss hasn't slowed down that much and I noticed nice shading around my shoulders. If you're going to eat that much protein then make sure you eat enough vegetables and fruits in order to stop yourself from shitting like a goat or worse. Believe me, I've been there. I personally recommend 3 types of berries with SKYR yoghurt for desert and sauted mix of: Asparagus, Brussel Sprouts, Broccolli, Kale and Spinach with your choice of lunch meat each day to have you covered. Dont worry if you have some flatuance going on, it just means your intestine is working properly.

Doing cardio imo is just a nice extra that helps you feel better and is beneficial to your health, but you shouldn't rely on cardio for weight loss.

stationary bike is great because you can do it regardless of weather, time of the year or time of the day. Also you can combine it with reading, watching stuff or even vidya on a controller (I realized my tempo was up 20% while playing open world game kek). Im not him but I posted earlier but im a week in and lost 6 lbs on 2.5mg. Im also not particularly fat. 24% bw and 203lbs starting. Idk yuro units. Minimal lifestyle change besides eating less but it's easy when the drug makes it that way. Best week of weight loss in my life already. I probably only need a couple more weeks until goal weight. I think it's perfect if youre active and stuck skinny fat because it cures insulin resistance and makes everything work right.

you will inevitably regain some fat when you start to bulk, as there's no way you can just make 100% of your calorie surplus go towards building muscle. What you can do is keep the surplus to a minimum as your body can only put on so much muscle in a given time period. That way you maximize the muscle gains and minimize the fat gains.
