I mean sure, whether it's worth the cals is something else. Put 20g collagen peptides in it for guaranteed results.

Cycling, sure, if you start doing centuries weekly that might offset some chocolate milk.
>>
>>76746936
On average I bike 60-80km a week
>>
>>76746941
Not much if that's less than miles. I could do 12 hours a week and still had to watch calories.

Just try it, you have to drink less because there's less shit in it.
>thirst
>basically meaning mineral>water imbalance
>i should drink water
>drink water slammed with minerals
>slight rehydration, piss out half the water

What minerals and which ones don't we get from food?
*crickets*

I suppose. You got me there

Chocolate milk is literally the best post workout thing to have. The high electrolyte content helping you rehydrate better than even water can do, the protein adding to the daily count and is the platinum standard for protein quality, the mix of different types of sugars meaning they digest and absorb faster for glycogen replenishing, it's great all around

Shit dude

this. my wrestling coach in high school always recommended it for after practice and I still drink it after a hard workout.

I wish chocolate milk didn't have so much sugar in it. I limit myself to a quart a week in addition to two gallons of whole milk a week
>>
>>76747583
>2 gallons of milk
Bro I don't think you have to worry about the sugar in chocolate sauce kek
>>
>>76746852
I start out my day with bulletproof choccymilk:
1 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of coconut oil
½ scoop of raw cocoa powder
2dl of boiling water
Whatever amount of whole milk I need to hit 300ml in total.
Use an immersion blender to get it all nice and smooth.

So fucking good.

A week, retard.

Can you at least add some protein powder to the chocolate milk
Not going to tell you how to live your life, just offering a suggestion, also have the chocolate milk after your full workout, best to protein load after muscle fatigue.
>>
>>76748281
Protein Powder contains lead.
>>76747121
And pre workout?
>>76747583
Compare chocolate milk to energy drinks, your fine
>>76748022
Shit dude

Good and good for you can dump a scoop of creatine in there also real food is always the better choice than shakes and bars. If you can fit it into your calories for the day a peanut butter jelly (good PB on non-shitty bread) is great pre or post workout banana is good too I normally have half pre and half post. Orange juice with creatine is good and good quality coconut water has a ton of potassium easiest source of it I’ve found
>>
>>76748268
Did I stutter faggot? 2 gallons of milk a week is a lot of sugar
>>
>>76748896
>And pre workout?
A small, easy on the stomach meal about an hour prior that's high in protein and carbs and low fat. Get the sodium up a bit too. Like 25g of protein, 40g of carbs, and <10g of fat would be perfect macros. A few ounces of cooked ground turkey over a cup of rice with some sōy sauce and a little bit of vegetables would be an example. Or if you can't pack whole food a scoop of protein powder with some powdered milk added so the flavor isn't awful and a large banana would do the trick too
>>
>>76747583
Just make it yourself with milk and cocoa powder
