You get the same results with 1 or 2 reps in reserve anyways, but you recover 10 times faster

placebo is the ultimate steroid

I'd rather make less gains than get injured for negative gains, fuck off you pathetic worthless troll.
You must be trolling, or severely mentally ill with body dysmorphia/neuroticism, which is it?
>>
>>76748068
Actually getting a good pump on whatever muscle puts you ahead of 99% of lifters. Powerlifting is gay though my arched bench isnt much stronger than my regular but its like rocking back and forth and nicing your arms/shoulders to move the bar is more like creeping under the weight, i improve the same movement better by actually doing the difficult part you have to cheat to put lbs on the bar.
>>
>>76748306
Oh and myofibular pump is different from sarcoplasmic, hard/deep vs superficial feeling idk. I one time got a deep chest pump by getting the weight high enough after a deload and never again since it takes forever to rest and be strong cns/muscle wise but i kinda just like developing size lately as the strength comes after reat periods and randomly so im pretty sure bodybuilding programming is better than powerlifting but then again im not oushing as much weight as i thought id be so i am likely about to hit a plateau in strength until I take a vacation between every few sets.
>>
>>76748317
Uh neglecting tendon strength will cause you to run into injury when going heavy pretty much every session, inversely tendons take longer tonrecover than muscle so a good base program has you doing say chest hard for a week then prison reps delts etc other tendons or insignificant/barely heavy recovery weight for another say half a week.
>>
>>76748289
There's nothing dangerous about lifting about lifting between 70-85% orm with no rir
>>
>>76748111
same. the only one i actually need is vit D.
>>
>>76748330
Have you considered that you're a DYEL and 70-85% orm in your specific case is not enough to injure you yet? Why would you even attempt to get injured faster?
Did you retarded spastics never hear of Icarus?
>>
>>76748336
It will never be enough to injure you anything except squat or deadlift if you're natty.
>>
>>76748383
If you're natty you don't do retarded shit like this.
>>
>>76748397
That is the only way natties will grow over time. Mechanical tension applied by concise loading and adequate failure proximity. It's not a hack or some kind gas pedal it's just only thing that tracks on a time frame longer than 6 months.
>>
>>76748447

Your demand is baseless so I will not humor it.

Raw meat is the ultimate health & fitness redpill.

Very often I'll see people online talking about some of the few supplements that actually do work very well.
I'll go to comment sections and see so many people talking about the amazing benefits they got from them.
And every single time I Google what's the greatest natural source of these nutrients, the answer is the same: RAW MEAT

Creatine, glycine, collagen, zinc, B vitamins, etc. etc. etc.
And many more nutrients they'll discover in the future and try to sell you in a capsule.

Every single supplement people pay loads of money to consume in pill form, you can get it from the source at a fraction of the price.

You can get the highest quality protein and the best combination of nutrients in the world from simple raw meat and raw eggs...
or you can keep paying 5x the price like a retard for fake petrochemicals in capsules that merely imitate what nature has blessed you with.

The choice is yours.

I'll answer any questions made respectfully about the topic of raw meat eating, if you have them.
>>
>>76748383
lmao this is what newbie lifters with internet knowledge actually believe.
>>
>>76748447
Wrong.

Here's what you do:
>3x10-15
>Not to failure
That's how literally everyone who ever made it natty trained. You're not special, it will work for you too.
>>
>>76748537
70% orm is 12 reps 85% orm is 6 reps
This is range also happens to be where tendons and connective tissue fortify themselves best. It's part of optimized loading. Without failure you can easily backslide and not realize it and be outside optimized loading. To failure sets gives you clear diagnostic output every session. It is why it is so important more important than number of sets, times per week or any kind of periodization scheme or conjugation method you concocting to complicate this simple truth. Fluffing up your routine to have more not to failure sets is just to so you can spend more time at the gym probably to give this pursuit some kind of non intrinsic meaning is not as productive as just doing a warmup set.
>>
>>76748068
Lifting heavy is less important than knowing how to fight or aim a gun
>>
Creatine, excess methyl groups, plus growth hormone signaling, causes stem cell differentiation or proliferation, which results in stem cell loss. So supplying creatine when you don’t need it, gives extra methyl groups. This causes an environment for hair loss. Especially in pathological conditions like constant inflammation or growth. This may be why people like David Sinclair don’t supplement TMG/Creatine. It would only be beneficial in recovery. In bad conditions it would make your hair fall out.
>>
>>76749189
and low methyl groups would also cause the same thing, senescence. Because the cells wouldn’t have enough methyl groups to finish a repair and would remain diseased. So people pushing for growth with an imbalance are gonna have hair loss. Constant supplements might push the balance off

>toes to Bar
>kb swings
>RDL
>kb snatch

these will make you literally bulletproof and accelerate all other lifts

>>
>>76748068
>you don't need to lift heavy
Correct
>you don't need to go to failure
You don’t need to, but you should
>you don't need more than 30g of protein per meal
Recent studies show the body can utilize up to 100g of protein directly after a training session
>creatine doesn't do shit
It’s literally the only supplement that does do shit

>>
>>76749199
The hidden redpill here is doing any kind of power work. I prefer push press and high pulls, but you've gotta get some explosive stuff in, both for better lifting and for being more generally athletic outside the gym.
>>
>>76748068
The only time you need to adhere to a strict diet is when cutting. So long as you eat healthy, you can eat as much as you want while bulking and you will never let yourself go. Dirty bulk with junk food and that is when you will start to look like shit.
>>
>>76748111
Yeah but 100-90 = 10%. If you ask anyone if they want to be 10% healthier then you would find it's quite rational.
>>
>>76748068
>you don't need to lift heavy
if your goal is to gain size/strength, you absolutely do
>you don't need to go to failuire
if your goal is to gain size/strength, you need to work with 1-2 RIR, which is close enough to failure that it might as well be the same thing.
>you don't need more than 30g of protein per meal
Depends on your body weight and how many meals you're eating a day. Just eat 0.8g/lb of LBM in protein and you're fine unless you're running stuff that greatly enhances nutrient partitioning.
>creatine doesn't do shit
It does, but it's not going to make you into Sam Sulek.

Fitness red pills

#1 - lifting heavy ass weights is fun as fuck. 1RM are the best.

#2 - if you dont max out here and there you're just a weak cunt

#3 - any supplement that isnt banned by WADA is useless

#4 - you're gonna get some injuries so might as well melt your wings flying too close to the sun aka go heavy

The body can use 100% of the protein. The problem is the MPS limits it to 40-55g for the muscle reconstruction/protection. The rest would be used on different body needs.

but if u want to grow muscle use 1/10 of the weight in isometric hold, very particular targeted isometric hold

oh rly? no bot, i do not think so, in fact i am rapidly getting ache-less and i love this state :D

like i used to get outside of hip pain - both hips, now i know it was IT band and since i stopped squatting altogether it's fucking gone, i still cant believe it's gone bot, that jarring sensation as if sb jammed 2 screwdrivers up my hips it's fucking gone after i stopped squatting altogether xD
and there are MANY other things i have fixed bot:
