They take valuable time so I avoided them but I started having hip pain recently so I hopped on these guys and it didn't completely fix it but it helped maybe reduce the pain by 50%. My only gripe is they dont go uo high enough on the weight stack. The machines at my.gym yo up to 235 and it might as well be 100 because its very easy.
