>>76766688>>76766703Pro-tip: you can do both at the same time by setting a super low incline on the bench and using dumbbells, and getting a crazy good stretch and isolation on the biceps if you push up your chest while you curl.These and preacher curls kickstarted my arm gains after they'd stagnated for a while.
