Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 1g per lb of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

In Orthodox Church we fast every Wednesday and Friday except for longer fasts (Lent/Nativity/Apostles/Dormition).

It doesn't mean not eating entirely, just eating less (like no meat/oil/dairy/alchohol). I think the monks might have a piece of fruit and a slice of toast all day or something like that.

what do you do for work?
At work I spend 8-10 hours a day in front of the PC, I have to do something physical once I'm done for the day or I'd go insane. When I still worked from the office I just walked home on foot, now that I'm remote I go out every day, even when I wasn't trying to lose weight.
Maybe try biking to work if you can?

This is fucking bullshit, this never happened when I was class III, only after I dropped 100lbs did this shit start happening and its fucking iinfuriating. Any of you other lesser fats having trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep? Ive got both issues. Again this wasn't a problem when I was a mega fat, it only kicked in a few weeks ago.
