how to get into gymnastic as a 25yo stiff unc who can only do chin up (not even pull up)
>>76777768huwhat for? >well i am aiming for torn shoulders, at least 5 times each side go ahead then :D there isn't single gymnast anywhere without ripped shoulder at some point bot>>76777772>> but if u can iron cross u have pecs>> but if u bench half a tonn u have pecs>no bot, arm (humerus) in front shoulder PROTRACTED and pulling motion :D yes pulling, like cloombers pull their chest to their arm while cloombing:
>>76777768You're not unc till you hit 30, big bro
>>76777768youre cooked>>76777779>still no body postedfor iron cross, pulling - sure i agree - guess what pectorialis does when you pull your humerus laterally? - it obviously pulls it towards torso. you will feel iron cross in pecs and in teres major area, both posterior and anterior chain pull humerus towards torso

>>76777768>25yoBro, it's over, you're never going to learn a new sport or skill at this pointJust focus on your career and marriage (you have both, right?) and keep maintaining your general fitness
Don't listen to the demoralising faggots ITT.Anything is possible.Obviously an early start is a better one. Your progress will be slower than younger people but don't let it get you down.Calisthenics is very similar and a good starting point. Can segue into it via that route.
>>76778349Nah, Poatan became a kickboxer at 22 while being an alcoholic. I believe in OP, but only if chooses a different sport that a person with any physical build can join like martial arts for example. Being a successful gymnast is directly related with your body type and OP is probably average heightened and not a turbo manlet.
>>76777768>how to get into [extremely difficult activity that requires full-time dedication for many years]If you're not ''into it'' already, literally don't even think about it. Just play to your strengths. Ring chin-ups and ring dips will get you 90% of results for upper body. If you haven't mastered these, there's no point even thinking about high level ring skills.
>>76777768You literally can’t. Gymnastics is for 13 year olds
