>still no body posted
for iron cross, pulling - sure i agree - guess what pectorialis does when you pull your humerus laterally? - it obviously pulls it towards torso. you will feel iron cross in pecs and in teres major area, both posterior and anterior chain pull humerus towards torso

Bro, it's over, you're never going to learn a new sport or skill at this point
Just focus on your career and marriage (you have both, right?) and keep maintaining your general fitness

Don't listen to the demoralising faggots ITT.
Anything is possible.
Obviously an early start is a better one. Your progress will be slower than younger people but don't let it get you down.
Calisthenics is very similar and a good starting point. Can segue into it via that route.

Nah, Poatan became a kickboxer at 22 while being an alcoholic. I believe in OP, but only if chooses a different sport that a person with any physical build can join like martial arts for example. Being a successful gymnast is directly related with your body type and OP is probably average heightened and not a turbo manlet.

>how to get into [extremely difficult activity that requires full-time dedication for many years]
If you're not ''into it'' already, literally don't even think about it. Just play to your strengths. Ring chin-ups and ring dips will get you 90% of results for upper body. If you haven't mastered these, there's no point even thinking about high level ring skills.

You literally can’t. Gymnastics is for 13 year olds
