Went from 310 to about 212lb. Been a full year of dieting. Now the hunger just feels a lot stronger.
So I've been stuck in the 210s for a month because I keep breaking the diet, regaining and losing the same 2 pounds over and over.

Being morbidly obese, I never could have imagined that you could actually do it without getting up. Would get tiny pieces of shitty paper all over the floor every time I went, but now I can just wipe while seated, which is great. The thing I don't like is when my penis touches the underside of the toilet seat, had never experienced it before.

Just to add my insight into losing weight. I had tried it in the past with gimmicky diets (most I had lost ever was around 50lbs), even this time I started out with one but gave up on it after a month. What ended up working for me was going out to walk a couple of miles every other day and eventually raising it to traveling at least 5 miles daily. And the most important thing was counting calories. Honestly, my nutrition is pretty shit, but by sticking to 2 to 3 meals a day with the proper serving size has made it easy to eat under 2,000 calories per day.

Was hard as first, but before long it became routine and I don't even have to think about counting calories, I can just tell. Now, if I don't do some sort of exercise I get anxious and end up exercising anyway.

yesterday's refeed didn't fill me up the way I thought it would. This is a good sign to me because this means my deficit is a deficit. Eggs and apple were delicious. So if you truly water fast you'll lose about a pound of fat a day. The problem then become other complications from nutrients.

Apparently, all shrimp I've had in my life has just been extremely overcooked. I went out to a restaurant, and they cooked their shrimp medium rare. Unfortunately, as soon as that medium rare shrimp was in my mouth, everything burned. I thought maybe it was just spicy, so I swallowed it, but it burned all the way down. Everything swelling up. It wasn't just itchy. It was painful burning, like there were blisters going all the way down into my stomach. Luckily, someone had benadryl that I was able to pop while we went to the urgent care, and they just gave me a big shot of benadryl and said no more shrimp ever just in case it escalates. The only precursor there was was one time when I was making something with shrimp And I used raw shrimp, which meant I had to shell them and clean them myself. And it made my hands red and itchy. But I figured it was just cold water that was making my hands irritated. I never considered the fact that I was allergic to protein in shrimp.

Well technically all calories are fine so long as you stay within deficit, but junk food and drinks has low satiety levels and deliver more pleasure so unless you want to make it harder for yourself its better to avoid on principle. We aren't here because we have high willpower, after all. I think thats the main thought behind the "don't drink your calories maxim". That, and people getting those sugary Starbucks drinks every day that are supposedly "coffee" but closer to drinkable dessert.

Been trying to supplement my fiber intake with psyllium husk. Been taking up to 20g of the husk a day and I don't really that much of a difference. I really wish it did help and I'm going to go continue taking it, might have to up my dose to like 30-40g or even more to see if that helps. 1/2 cup of uncooked quick oats
1 banana
2 scoops of protein powder (currently using cappuccino flavor with 50mg caffeine per scoop)
ice cubes and cold coffee to taste then throw it in the blender.

That's 565 calories with my current powder and quite filling. When I was cutting harder it was enough to keep me through to supper easy enough. Tried it hot today before work and it was great.
