Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.

Eat a lot of protein. 1g per lb of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

I do my workouts straight before bed. Literally. Only doing calisthenics and some dumbbell exercises, but 45-60 minutes is all I need every second day. You're taking calcium and iron at the same time, which makes the iron useless. Switch the calcium to evening with magnesium. Take creatine post workout, not prior. You can take iron every other day, no need to go overboard. Same with omega 3. Don't know about the others, since there are no values, but I'd check all of them. About diet, I guess you fry the chicken in coconut oil? Do you think 5g really covers for it?

Not sure what your aim is exactly. I get the fasted state excercises in the morning if you're on IF diet, but remember you're breaking your fast the moment you take your supplements (omega 3). You're also pretty high on the daily calories from fat, but 60g is also pushing the lowest range you can. If I was you, not knowing your goals, mbr, height and weight etc., I'd have just regular black coffee and water prior to the jog, after the jog your Post-Workout meal minus the whey, then do the workout and drink the whey. I'd also go more for a 20f/35c/45p calorie ratio.

I had to get one with 180kg limit(and I'm nowhere near that weight) to get one that wouldn't fluctuate a ton each time I stepped on it.
Also something that happened to me with multiple scales is that the first time you weigh yourself after storing it without the feet touching the ground it shows the wrong result, and you need to weigh yourself again to get the correct one.
Make sure you're using it on a solid hard floor that doesn't flex as well.

if you're referring to the lean mass estimate, no that does not seem accurate at all. You're very unlikely to have 242 lbs of lean mass even at 500lbs (unless you're a power lifter for many years). In reality you probably have somewhere around 150-170lbs of lean mass.

I got all that, plus almost constant diarrhea. This must be what being indian feels like bc I have to go to the toilet like 10x per day, and each time instead of a giant bowl emptying and satisfying poo, it’s just a little dribble here, a little dribble there. It especially got worse once I went up to .5 not sure if I’m going to go higher than this. Side effects def get worse and you increase the dose. First day after injection is the worse and it get better throughout the week until I take my next shot then it starts all over again
