Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 1g per lb of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.

welp. It turns out my compounding pharmacy who sends me ozempic absolutely fucked up. The batch from last month straight up did not work. The current vial they sent me is working great. There is no way this is psychological or whatever. They either fucked up in compounding, intentionally fleeced me with a lower concentration to save money, or the shit got too hot in transit and became ineffective. Either way, it pisses me off but at the same time I am glad I didn't just develop an immunity to ozempic because that what I thought happened.

just get a pair of dumbbells (powerblock or something similar that has easy adjustable weights), a pull up bar and a resistance band(s).
maybe an adjustable bench as well if you're feeling like spending.
just do 1 set of anything whenever you're free.

I think I actually have gyno, when I was 120 kg or so, I figured it was just that my skin was tight and that's why my chest was more "pointy" instead of flabbing down like other fat guys'. thinking back to younger ages that's how it always was even as a (nonetheless fat) teen.
but now I'm in the low 80s and it's still noticeable. it's annoying when I wear shirts that actually fit (L instead of my old XXL). it's not really noticeable when I lay flat on my back and very noticeable when I bend over.
oh well. I plan on getting to my ideal weight of 75kg, then (or already before then, when I get some workout machine or finally join a gym now that I don't feel like a fatso anymore) putting focus on training my chest musculature; all the while seeing if it reduces or not.
If I'm "lucky" i actually do get diagnosed with it, because then my health insurance would likely cover at least part of an operation.

If I were you I would try a round of raloxifene. You can get it online legally and easily from telemedicine. It blocks the estrogen receptors in breast tissue. Doesn't fuck with your hormones overall. I don't think it can do much to fix hard gland tissue but if your moobs are soft then I speculate it would help you preferentially lose the fat in that area when you are on it. As other anon pointed to, if its a hard lump then you need surgery.

I suddenly started a fast on Sunday night and am still going strong 2 full days later. The problem is I have no hard set goals in mind when I started. I want to crack it now but mostly out of boredom. That will mostly be water weight, yes. Most of that will disappear overnight or when you piss in the morning. My own weight fluctuates about 2-4lbs a day at around 188 (down from 207 in August), so a 7lbs change in a day sounds quite reasonable for you.

Just weigh yourself in the mornings, don't worry about doing it in the evening.

Protein shake constitutes as a meal, so it should be had within the eating window.

You benefit from a fasted state doing cardio, as it burns the most fat. For proteinsybthesis it's importan to either have protein in your digestion/blood stream as you're working out or immediately after for best results, but this has been contested.

You should have a 4-6h separation between cardio and lifting. For lifting & the muscles to have energy they need (usually) carbs, those you can get the day before/after cardio.

I drank way too much beer in 2022 which caused me to gain about 25lbs.
Then in late 2022 i worked out constantly and got decent gains (by my estimations, not much compared to most /fit/izens)
Then I got a gf and started slouching on my exercising - gained about 20-25lbs over the course of two years.
Now I'm back to regular exercise - trying to do 3 strength workouts and two one-mile runs each week (and if I ever get a treadmill probably gonna go for longer or faster runs)
Hardest part is cutting the beers back, but I know thats for the best. My brother is getting concerningly fat from constant drinking
I think i'll make it, albeit in due time. My figure is getting better even if my weight is plateauing a bit

I managed to cutdown carbs by 20g this week which is nice but I wonder if I can get it down to 20g or lower. So far the improvements I can see are:

> Try to find a better yoghurt. I think Danone Skyr had near 0 carbs. -6 carbs
> Stevia is supposedly made of carbs that just flush through your body. Dunno why they are there. If I'm missing something or someone knows a superior sweetener then I'm all ears. -9 carbs
> Swap borgars for chicken breast if possible no carbs. -6 carbs
> Swap out Cheese Coleslaw for better fat condiment. -14 carbs

Yeah okay I'm stopping there.
I started at like, idk 120kg this time I think, some time a year and a half ago or so. Started trying harder and static-biking more around december. Started walking out a lot around march and paying more attention to food, I counted calories on a few typical meals, thought it looked good but didn't count everyday or quite properly, still had the occasional snack but much less often. Started running three months ago and actually counting calories properly everyday and caught a few mistakes I'd let slip the first time. I still snack but so rarely and so little, I don't want to go crazy from denying myself stuff forever too much, I'm not some fucking buddhist monk. (outside long run day anyway, then I have a nap in the afternoon and have tea with milk and a biscuit or two when I wake up)

Maintenance time. I'll just weight myself every morning first thing when I roll out of bed, keep running and exercising, and keep trying to avoid snacks because I feel like that's the worst for me, I find meal portions and balance easier to control. Try to catch myself right away if the weight goes up again too high. As far as calories go, I'm probably just going to eat a lot more cheese, idk, I like it, and it'll be during meals and not cake or whatever else at random times.

Nothing much to see, I'm just skinny with some loose skin, thank fuck not too much I think, maybe it'll go away in time if I don't slip up. Can't afford gym or weights or what, no, the running shoes were a gift in the first place. I run 5 times a week (two easy, one easy pace but half time on hills, one long, one fast) and do bodyweight exercises for about an hour each at home on the two other days and on the day I do the shorter run, so that really didn't fill me out.

I actually really love running, but when I was running all the time I was between 190-175, and I'm currently 207. I've tried rucking, rowing, climbing stairs, and incline walking. Of these I like rucking and incline walking the most, and being able to read while I do them is a big bonus. They keep my heart rate consistently elevated (140-145) without it being so high that I feel like I'm really exerting myself (starts at 160 for me).

I just want to know whether it's effective or not. The idea of cardio / heart rate zones is unintuitive to me.

In all likelihood, it triggers some sort of hormonal response, so it's probably best to treat it the same way vapes were originally intended: a less harmful alternative to wean yourself off the real thing. I'd recommend limiting your intake. That being said, it's probably still not as bad for you as full-sugar soda. Get the ones made with stevia if you can, I find they're the best at mimicking the taste of real sugar.

although you should be able to lose 1-1.5kg per week since you're a big boy.

Maintenance is like 3k, I work out* six days a week on ppl for about an hour of cardio + heavy lifts (total time for working out, not time spent in gym)

I'm currently 200~ish, 5'4". Body fat % is probably around 20-25%

Probably not, but it might reduce shoe width. With less pressure on your feet, your footbones might splay outwards less.

Don't know why you're mixing imperial and metric with stones, but alright.

Like the other anon said, 1g/lbs lean body mass, though you can overdo it.
Losing another 9kg by the end of the year might be a bit much, it isn't impossible, but if you're trying to do it while minimising muscle loss it might be slower. Honestly mate, you're at the stage where you shouldn't be worrying too much about muscle loss.
0.5-1% of total mass lost per week is meant to be optimal to maintain muscle, the 3kg a month the other anon mentioned is more optimal for smaller guys so it could be 6kg a month for you
As for 1st of June, if you consistently lose 1% of you bodyweight a week you could see ~125kg
If you care less about muscle loss, you can try to increase that to 2% of bodyweight per week and see ~95kg
How far you get depends heavily on how fast you're already losing and how far you take it. I would recommend caring less about muscle mass for the minute: It's not that difficult to grow it back if you feel like bulking in the future.

depends on the sweetener but in general most are fine. lots of different types of artificial/low calorie sweeteners you can try these days.
