And trying to eat until I almost throw up. I'm at around 15% bodyfat (down from probably 16-17% when I started the month)I had an incredibly stressful week studying 10 hours a day for an exam and the anxiety prevented me from eating. Has anyone here had experience with blood pressure medications. I'm overweight and had a BP scare like six months ago and my doctor put me on some medications to try and get it under control. The problem is it's mad my appetite 10x worse, to the point I never feel full and I'm literally craving food all day, I've porked up like +25lbs since they upped my dosage 3 months ago and it's still not doing shit but my doc is still swearing that this should help and refuses to listen to me about the hunger issue.
