Down 30 lbs since Oct 6. 308 to 278. 20 of that was in Oct and this month has felt like a stall compared to that, but 10 lbs is still good, so I'm not mad about it. I've been alternating 1500 and 1200 calories between days. Did strict 1200 and for a couple weeks and that's when I saw the heaviest stalls, so I started going back to 1500. Hoping to have an entirely different body by Summer of next year. I've got family who are on various GLP-1 bullshit and it will be nice to have done it the right way and built the right habits along the way instead of cheating.
Weight got back to 85 kg. I am now motivated again to start losing weight aggressively again.
Every friday I work out extra hard and do basically twice the amount of lifting I do on regular days. Then I eat pretty big. This is how I imagine myself "resetting my metabolism" as well as hopefully growing my muscles as I am still cutting overall. What do you say /fit/ is this smart or is this just ultimately counter productive and I just cut as hard and fast as I can and then start bulking later?

All of this should add up to 2k calories at max, so why the fuck am I still stuck at 260? I don't expect instant progress, but after 1 month of being stuck I'm getting nervous. Being 29 I don't think my metabolism is that shot to shit but who knows.

Been supplementing fiber since I'm low carb and have been slowly uping amount; Today, I'll kinda max out at two spoonfuls per shake.Shits are still an issue, they're now less watery and semisolid though a sniff of the paper afterwards make me think some of still isn't fermenting.
