Going for optimal recovery, nutrition and not pushing cardio too much, I think pushing yourself to a PPL (6x/week) routine starting with 40-60min workouts would be the best bet, then increasing the workout times to 100-120 minutes. Once you reach there you can drop your routines to 4-5x/week, in other words the extra training will not give you much extra. Your recovery at that point will be much better, and you can add cardio to the offdays. Skinnyfat CNS noob gains are a bit different from fattie noob gains.
