I think training has an inverse affect on my scales. I know you cant outtrain a bad diet, but I think you can overtrain a good diet. I have plenty of time off at the moment, so back to gym every second day, walking every day and scale not moving. Im constantly hungry, tired and constipated again which I though was diet related, but guess its training related. Theres a possibility Im now not eating enough but am too scared to add more food into my day. Things were better when I just lifted and walked 1-2 times a week.

The person input the values for 100g as if they were for 150g, meaning you would underestimate your macros by 50% for this product.Second one was for psyllium husk. Instead of 0.1g carbs, <0.1g sugar, 88.8g dietary fiber, they input it as 88.8g of carbs and left the other fields empty.These are super low calorie / low volume items so they wouldn't break your diet exactly, but I'm willing to bet people make similar mistakes on higher kcal foods. And then they share their shitty comprehension skills with the rest of the app.
