Day 5 of scales stuck. Surely tomorrow will be better right. Had my oatmeal and coffee this morning. Whether it's doing a seated stretching routine or walking from one end of your space to the other a few times (I personally made a goal to do 25 jumping jacks a day to start, really made a difference). The problem with fasting for me is that I'm going to be insatiably hungry the whole day after I break it. I think it's an evolutionary thing, like my body's saying "stock up on calories while you still can". It even feels different from regular hunger, it's less intense, more like a constant nagging feeling.I tried something different a few days ago where I consumed nothing but milk and protein for two days, around 1000 calories worth each day. I fasted before (before I got my own place) and it helped a lot, just never this long (7 days was my previous long). Everytime I would finish a fast I would eat healthy for a month without even trying.

These things are my go to cheat snacks. They are only 60 calories, and take like 5 minutes to eat cuz they are too cold/awkward. By the time you finish it and sugar cravings are curbed. Shame they dont sell them during the winter time. I have one left in my freezer from summer time.

Huel vampire autist reporting in. Was a bit busy though last month but made sure to stick to it. I’ve now lost a little over 20lbs (5’9”, 198lbs) since I started, which is very motivating. These days I’ve been experimenting with eating all my meals within a smaller time window as I’ve found it helps with hunger levels throughout the day. Comfortably at ~1200 kcal now as well. That’s one Huel serving with skimmed milk and one solid medium-sized meal, usually rice and chicken.We’re all gonna make it anon! Don’t give up!
