Unaesthetic powerlifter type legs are literally just a function of a small VMO

The VMO makes or breaks leg aesthetics
>>
Great another botschizo bait thread

hamstrings, glutes and calves are infinitely more important for aesthetics and performance than quads

and lower gluteus maximus and gastrocnemius

i found it quite early the VMO:
unilateral quartersquat with full internal hip rotation isometric hold - keep rotating pelvis onto working leg entire time

of course
>>76916364
>squat, deadlift, one leggged verisons of these, hip thrust, hyperextension, kettlebell swing, bench (yes bench - leg drahve), lunges, BSS, bad good gurl machine
>it's all ADDUCTORS AND GLUTEUS MEDIUS bot
and u don't want gluteus medius nor adductors overgrowth not only because it looks like shit but also because it ruins posture and gait cycle
>>
>>76916379
Looks ridiculous.
>>
>>76916379
it's a combination of VMOs, sweep, and separation. i do agree that VMOs matter most when it comes to looking good in a pair of shorts, though

and harder to come by. how should one progress on nordic curls?

step on power-band
>yes
put other foot through other end of rubber
>yes
bend you knee
>but it's not nor-dick curl
yes this one isn't retarded

fuuuuark i underestimated how stupid you are. btw source on any of your claims?

The day you finally take your own life, not a single soul on this planet will notice your absence.

you keep posting these elaborate exercise methods and techniques to build a "perfect" physique. Do you have any results from doing your program? Can you post?

>these elaborate exercise methods and techniques

>unilateral quartersquat with full internal hip rotation isometric hold - keep rotating pelvis onto working leg entire time

it's like curtsy, there is NOTHING weird nor complex about it bot, and it works VMO so damn well

>but gastroc is elaborate
lie on the side, hook rubber band on heel of lower leg and press band with toes as it leaves heel, band is hooked at low anchor point, try to extend knee as far as it goes in this alignment by moving yourself away from anchor point (still on the floor on your side) as u're being pulled by foot, brace knee on the floor and bend knee and ankle at the same time into this rubber band resistance

think of it this way bot: it's a hamstring curl with resistance on toes and not poking at achilles with any pad, awesome :D

>but glute max is complex
sit (somewhat high) on one buttock and do glute kickback with other leg sliding foot on the floor but only the last portion of motion, full extension to fuller extension of hip slow undulations so to speak - sitting position stabilizes pelvis and spine so that u get pure hip extension with spine and pelvis stable

it's a kickback bot, with pelvis and spine stabilized, if one does regular kickback which does not work glute max as well because of spine wobbling then one needs to get himself sth to sit on, that's it :D
