When I don't actively tense my abs permanently, my abdominal wall complteley relaxes, goes limp and my belly hangs out like I'm pregnant. I had this problem for years now, it doesn't go away by itself and feels like I have lost all passive muscle tone in my abdominal wall. I even got a fucking navel hernia out of it during deadlifts. What tf causes these lax muscles and how do I fix it? Tense up everything 24/7? I somehow never get accustomed to it.
