I am autistic enough that I can easily do 4h/d. But could that be too much?

Or am I overthinking this? If there are any other walk pilled anons here, please share your preferred daily walking amounts and results.

the next day you won't be so inclined to do another 4 hour walk, you can of course do it the next day, but it was too much and u will be physically but more importantly psychologically exhausted, if u keep going using your iron autistic will day after day as a cruch your body will break up: inflammation, digestive problems, sad thoughts are inbound

there's also question of how you walk - what pace but more importantly what is your posture, breathing - i focus on thoracic extension, it seems to make all other things fall into their place, what is thoracic extension? the opposite of flexion, just stand on both legs evenly and hunch forward all the way, then move the other way - remember that sensation

half an hour everyday is quite safe i think, i did a lil more yesterday, had to consciously slow myself down cause i was getting tight here and there, it happens after 10 minutes or so - runners high type elation
if you get cramped in say psoas or something there is nothing stopping you from stopping for few minutes - it's likely to pass, it's also likely that pace was too high and u cramped something - avoid that

do i walk everyday? fuck no, i don't have as much calories to spare lol
yes 30 minute walks (but i'd rather measure it in distance - go, make a loop come back) would absolutely melt fat off a fatty, the trick is to stop when it starts feeling real good, endorphis mess with brain u know, but if u can autismo your autismo into doing the right thing i.e. moderation, if u're able to think of the future anon - yes you can get "shreded" walking

Maybe with some weighted vest or even a heavy back pack would do more than just walking that is barely exercise. I used to get in decent shape in my 20s walking from Manhattan to Brooklyn and back.
