>randomly gives up at any age because of retarded genetics or just bad luck
>even top athletes that are pure cardio still drop dead because of this little nigger
why
>>
>>76985087
Evolution only cares about passing on your genes
What happens after the age of 20-30 is just a crapshot
>>
>>76985134
That is retarded, why am i supposed to just drop dead after breeding, fuck evolution and fuck nature im not an animal

>chronically over-straining the organ in charge of keeping you alive
>"b-b-but it's good! stressing it is good!"
no thank you. when all else fails, think about what your ancestors did on the daily:
>wake up
>walk around with the gang
>kill the shit out of a mammoth
>eat it
>fuck qt
>go to sleep
>repeat

they never sprinted, did they? not unless they absolutely had to. so why do we stress out that mf in our chests in the name of health?
>>
>>76985087
I think it's from the 50 pharma jabs that almost everyone gets. That plus abusing drugs.
>>76985157
I would argue that long distance running is worse for your heart than sprinting. Sprinting was a natural thing our ancestors did, long distance running was only done by a small group of africans and mexicans.
>>
>>76985165
you're right, any cardiovascular stress for long periods of time is bad. i didn't say long distance running tho did i? our ancestors walked. a lot. thats all. they sprinted once in a while if they HAD TO but that's it. they did not sprint because it's a stress and a waste of energy. why do that unless they were running from or to something very important?
>>
>>76985157
Because we have countless studies as evidence that sedentary behavior is extremely unhealthy
What your ancestors did matters not
>>
>>76985204
when was the term sedentary used?
>what your ancestors did matters not
so are you like retarded or what's going on here

some people are predisposed and hard exercise provokes it. that's why it's a good idea to at least get an ekg to see if you have some abnormalities

chink bathtub recreational drug users bot - there's exactly ZERO respect in me for "professional" sport monkeys
but yeah:

yeah bot, this LUDICROUS idea that humans were all marathon rooners running down their pray for sustenance - who the fuck is DUMB enough to believe this bullshit? :D
if anything humans WALKED, then waited, and then AMBUSHED THEIR PRAY using superior computational power of their brains, aka they hunted, and then they walked back, walk some sprint maybe, walk back :D

get yaself a copy of lilly pathophysiology of heart disease, it's compiled course notes from harvard medicine and surgery's cardiology series. it will allow you to see through so much 'fitness' bullshit online and crazes across eras (which i generally like, the more motivated the people the better the preventative effect of exercise)

Natural selection - best to filter out the weak so the stronk can impregnate your woman and spread their superior genes
>>
>>76985087
literally none of that is true though
>>
>>76985134
Not really, there is evolutionary pressure to be healthy as a parent or even grandparent, to ensure your descendants survive. Orphans ain't gonna make it
>>
>>76985087
>randomly gives up at any age because of retarded genetics or just bad luck
That is the Pfizer shill story. Funny it never happened before 2021. I don't think I heard of anyone I ever met dying of natural causes before age 40.

>I don't think I heard of anyone I ever met dying of natural causes before age 40.
I have a funeral home and it's no different than before covid19
But also covid19 was a hoax, no one was dying of that shit

You need to drive LDL-C below the threshold required for plaque growth which is like 50-80mg/dL in healthy people and under 40mg/dL in people with all sorts of risk factors.
Ketards need not apply, do what your fellow ketards in the LMHR study did and drive your LDL-C over 9000 to maximize plaque growth.
>>
>>76987704
Go to wikipedia and check for sudden athlete deaths. The overwhelming majority was before 2021.
>>
>>76985157
I think you are underestimating how hard it would be to kill a mammoth
>>
>>76987690
That's why humans' actual lifespans, once they hit 10, have been about 60 since antiquity and probably before that, but that's when we started tracking it. By 10 you're old enough to not die from a random infection or disease and at that point the only real natural thing that will kill you, statistically, was and is accident or injury. The actual number of people that get cancer or have a heart attack before 60 is so low it might as well be 0. It's only because there's hundreds of millions of us that the 1% of the 1% of the 1% get unlucky.
