How can I get rid of knee pain, specifically tendonitis? Its hindering my squat progression
>>77045710why does he wear the mask
>>77045710If I pull that off will you die?
>>77045757yes...>.<
>>77045710He's a big guy
>>77045710What is the tube for? Oxygen? Why?
>>77045710Pain is your bodys way of letting you know, nigger
>>77045771>>77045771>>77045771>>77045771
>>77045773it would be extremely painful
>>77045710What's the actual reason for this redardation?
>>77045814>from community on Reddit
>>77045821Sage doesn't do anything anymore since the dawn of time, newfriend.
>>77045710Leg extension isometric holds, high rep. Spanish squats, wall sits, etc help too. Just make sure it’s isometric for high rep and long duration. You need to pump blood into the tendon
>>77045824curious how you replied sage-less after my sage so now we can't verify your assertion
>>77045814he blasted off into the stratosphere didn’t he? like he said fuck it let me die before 45.
>>77045773that's a cpap mask (exactly like mine), not for oxygen. O2 rebreather uses much thinner tubing and has a bag attatched to it.He's just posing for the camera,t, roider who used to be an EMT
>>77045814he is blasting and yet looks very mediocre even on bulk with visible weaknesses on certain body parts. not sure how miniscule he will look on stage if he does compete. aside from that i think he's a fantastic reviewer of high stim pres. if you are a natty, pre is one of the most important things that boosts your workout. you can train like ur on gear and experience results beyond ur belief (only if you eat and rest well in combination).
>>77045953Training intensity doesn't really change the results, natty or otherwise If anything it's counterproductive because it will certainly lead to reduced training frequency either from fatigue or injury, and training frequency actually does matter for results.
>>77045710Subhuman roid tranny
>>77046422intensity does change the results. it's just 3 things that are directly proportional: muscle growth = training, eating, sleeping. if training goes up, so does muscle growth unless 1 or more of the other 2 goes down. frequency does also matter depending on the type of training you do. you can follow your growth principle, but do look in the mirror or ask urself: are you actually growing?
>>77045953>you can train like ur on gear and experience results beyond ur belief (only if you eat and rest well in combination).which is impossible - resting, eating, sleep - when u do that kind of "intensity" on so much stims bot>>77046599>but do look in the mirror or ask urself: are you actually growing?that's actually good advice that i follow bot, one of the best fitness investments i made was 5m usb cable allowing me to watch myself real time from any angle on a pc using webcam u say bot: >>77046164>And how much do you press?well, when i was dum enough or curious to do ohp - very short stint, i was repping 10 times 80% bw & pretty sure i could have done bw 1rep max >And how much do you press?no clue, don't care - i can see however that EVERYTHING needed for OHP improved significantly since: delts, traps, triceps, pecs, abs - everything is better, bigger, more fully developed, cause i can see it real time :D >>77046151>>77046017so now i will go and rest and sleep tight - c ya bot

>>77047333>Feelings of inferiority manifesting as an extreme need to control and discipline the bodytruth "mind over matter" wherein one perceives matter to be his own body who can hurt u this much so early and sustain it? 2 narcissistic parents ganging up on you, and NEVER letting go this poor SOB is victim >>77045710
>>77045710I fell 3-4 feet onto concrete using my right knee as a tactical fall-break. I’ve never broken a bone but I imagine that was what it felt like. Could barely put pressure on it for a few hours but within a couple days felt pretty decent. Been a couple weeks now and whenever I hit my kneecap or bend the wrong way it still hurts really bad. Squats hurt over time but generally do not in the moment, when will this end lads? I wanna hit legs again but I don’t want to make it worse. Somedays it won’t hurt at all then I smack it in accident and it’s right back.
>>77049281Isometrics to strengthen knee tendon and ligaments, and try to do a little more each session (longer holds, more sets etc). Treat as mandatory warmup for leg day going foward
>>77049281stop squatting you fucking idiot and go see a pt
>>77045710what an angry little manlet lmao. look at his tiny shoes hahah
>>77049297This hurt so much. > Radiator> Tries to drive it with no oilI know those cars have oil pressure gauges. I'll tell myself he turned the car off so he didn't total the engine.
>>77049301I squat when I work not to workout retard, I’ve been taking it as light as possible. I used to have horrible knees so I guess I’ll just go back to how I used to train.
>>77045710Check vitamin D level, improve calcium to phosphate ratio, eliminate inflammatory foods, eat the carrot salad.
