1/2/3/4 should actually be 1/3/2/4 for men
>>
>>77051933
Smart.

you will never hit lmao3pl8s if you are any reasonable weight and/or not a midget. so kinda a retarded "standard"
>>
3 plate bench is genetically impossible for a lot of guys.
>>
>>77051933
>2/3/2/4
Fixed for you. 1pl ohp is very underwhelming

dyel?

>1/2/3/4 - stronger than 50% of people
??? That's an intermediate milestone. Most guys can't even deadlift their bodyweight.

Kek sub-3pl bench dyel brigade rolled in
>>
>>77053209
50% sounds pretty intermediate to me
>>
>>77053047
embarrassing post
>>
>>77053203
anyone with those figures must have zero legs
make it simple: 2/3/4/5 is good

5pl8 diddly is still light work but the person who finds that easy (me) would find the 2pl8 OHP hard
>>
>>77051933
what is it? ohp/bench/squat/dead?

2/3/3/5

50% is beginner level because most guys never exercise. Just doing some light bodyweight exercises a couple times per week already makes you stronger than 50% of men.
>>
>>77053252
whats your point? most guys can do 1/2/3/4 within three months of going to the gym they only need to get the technique down
>>
>>77053252
If you go to gym you shouldn’t compare yourself with people who don’t exercise kek
>>
>>77053269
What if home gym? can mog normies?
>>
I'm most impressed by the 1/3/3/3 gang.

It's impressive they can squat and bench 3pl but then again they really can't get more off the ground and might say the 1pl oph was the hardest and shit.
>>
>>77053283
Do those people exist?
I started ohp after 3pl bench and was able to do 1.5pl first try.
After that it was smooth sailing to 2pl because my shoulders and triceps were already strong enough, just had to improve balance
>>
>>77053298
Dunno but the x/3/3/3 also sounds exotic. But it's explainable. Short femurs and arms for squat and bench, but the short hands are bad for deadlift.
>>
>>77053258
1/2/3/4 after just three months is genetic elite.
>>
>>77053298
No, these are DYELs yapping nonsense about fantasy numbers. They don't even lift. Yes you would easily ohp 1.5 pl8 if you bench 3 without thinking about it.
>>
>>77053190
Unless you are 5'6" and terrified of ever going above 12% body fat, anybody can do 3pl8
I'm benching 3pl8 and I weighed 171 this morning
>>
How are you guys getting baited by an image of text that implies 5pl8 OHP is only 90th percentile (even just among lifters this is insane)
>>
>>77053283
How can you possibly bench 3 pl8 but only ohp 1 pl8? That’s comically disproportionate .
>>
>>77053209
This thread and every single one like it is demoralization propaganda. 1/2/3/4 is stronger than 95% of men.
