Count calories, all of them.

Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

Hardly, when you go outside at these low temps you wear enough layers to stay warm, only the face and legs a bit might be a bit cold especially if windy. You can always wear a balaclava and thermal pants underneeth your pants or snow pants if its really cold. As someone else who uses ChatGPT as a weightloss coach, it doesn't know how you cooked them nor does it know how big the chicken is.
I've messed about with thoes AI food loggers to see how it compares to manually tracking and its so far off becuase it can't account for oil used, weight or the actual ingredients.
How much meat was on the chicken? What veggies? How much oil? etc. ChatGPT won't account for any of them and just use generic ideas

I realized today that after weighing the homemade cookies I made, that I was only counting them as half as much in my calorie counting app.

If you are asking this, to calculate your TDEE or for Losertown, don't. The lightly active choice adds a stagering amount of burned calories which don't really add up to 10k steps. For me 10k steps adds about 400-500 kcals burned. Which is not in line with losertowns definition light exercise which adds depending on you weight somewhere from 600 to 700 kcals. Just remain at the lowest default and calculate from there. It will work out.

Its fine you ate at TDEE. You made no progress and you didn't fall back. I would agrue that the problem is actually that this is unplanned. While my own journey is still not complete. At the end of the month I will take 1 week to adjust from deficit to maintenance. I dont want to be on this board in a year. Started plugging in data I've been tracking.
Been weighing myself every single day since I started, wanted to make a graph to track it.
Then I thought maybe I should add some points to show if I'm meeting the projection.
I plugged in my current stats to losertown's calculator but I'm kinda dumb and couldn't figure out how to extrapolate backwards to when I started to make the projection on the entire graph.

i've been on 1,400kcals and i'm a manelt so that's 500kcals deficit and i haven't been even hitting my protein goals. i'm averaging 60something grams of protein per day yet i noticed my biceps getting a bit bigger.
my front delts can do several reps of 20lbs front raises and i could only do a couple of reps with 5lbs when i started.
i can do 20lbs high pulls for 10 reps instead of the 4 i started out with.
i'm not even consistent with my training. i have dumbbells at home and some times, weeks go by without me lifting at all.
it has been 4 months.
so if you're hitting your protein goals and training hard, i believe it's doable.

I would drop them, but, we never even dated officially and they don't know. It was one of those retarded situationship things and I have never told anyone anything. I was/am very insecure. We were friends for a few months.

-eating more carbs than usual (water weight from glycogen)
-eating more salt than usual (water weight from retention)
-working out in a new or different way (water weight from inflammation)
-eating more insoluble fiber than usual (stool weight)
-eating at a different time than usual the day before (stool weight)
-weighing at a different time than usual

Which one you guys think I should go for? The idea is to be able to do a full body program across the week with most basic equipment and I feel like pulley would be better. Thoughts?

i don't think you need to go that far if your goal isn't gym maxxing.
adjustable dumbbells, an adjustable bench, a pull bar and some resistance bands are enough imo.
