Count calories, all of them.

Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

Half of the time I feel totally fine at this size, I know that I'm not fat, I know that others still poke fun at me for being "small". But in my own mind, I know that I was 5% leaner and I know that I looked really good shirtless, but others at that weight kept telling me that I was scary looking. That if there's a party or an event to go to, I just secretly only eat at that event and tell them that I already ate. The problem is, when I was at my leanest and I was doing this at events, I had people following me around the event watching me eat, trying to offer me a second cake saying they didn't see me eat the first one and they needed to see me eat because they were afraid I'd become anorexic.

Different for everyone, fat is usually lost and gained in a stack, everyone's stack is different, some people its the belly first, others store on their legs first, ect. Some will lose the face fat at 20% bf other will have to push into sub 15%, all depends on your genes

I definitely recommend using another measurement, waist and chest is probably the best 2 measurements you can add. Neck is fine but the changes are a lot smaller and therefore more error prone.

Been comforting myself all day with Carbs and alcohol like a retard. Barely applied to anything else like I said I would.
