I was checking my 1RMs since I recently passed half a year into weight lifting, and when I was checking bench press, I felt a pain in my left front shoulder and I had to lower the bar and do the roll of shame. I had the same problem, there's an amino acid in whey protein that causes an insulin spike and makes you tired as a result. Solution for me was to drink 2 smaller shakes/other source of protein throughout the day instead of 1 big one.

I was a fatty, like BMI was 35.
Now, I'm a skinny dude with BF% ~ 15 and FFMI ~9.

Started my gym membership today after 2 years.

Some things changed, so now I have the choice between training before 2pm or after 9pm.
I am working from 2 to 9.

How would you manage this circadian rhythm?

I'd avoid staying up too late, so going to bed shortly after 9pm (whenever you get home from work) would be ideal. Therefore training before 2pm would be best. This also allows you to use the bulk of your daily energy on lifting, rather than having mediocre lifts after work (ime).

Consider alternatives to the squat exercise. Personally, I use bulgarian split squats (dumbbells or a machine).

Work on fixing your back on the side, and practicing the squat motion (just with lower weight) in the mean time.

Whichever you enjoy the most. Arguably, though, spacing out pull and legs apart would allow for one to do rows and some deadlift variation without tiring out their hamstrings/lower back from the overlap.

The reason is that rows (excluding chest-supported machines) requiring bracing with the hamstring and core/lower back, therefore they overlap with the function of the hamstrings and core/lower back on deadlift variations. It's not much to worry about ime, but you can judge for yourself.
