does pecs, it does, but it's better to emulate climbers fully and just lean backwards with fully protracted shoulder and actually roll torso onto arm you're hanging off, or should i say prevent torso from twisting out

don't ever rol torso out completely, just as if u hesitated whether u're going to clip

there's nothing there until u grab dubbell unevenly, but it's not biceps it's forearm and it will fuck forearm up

u gotta grab small dumbbell plate thumb in hole open palm and keep wrist straight and do pronations supinations with elbows at 90 or more - then it's absolutely awesome for wrists and forearms
i'm doing 2 kilos and hope to do more as i get accustomed to it, u gotta focus on just pronating or supinating forearm with wrist straight, everything else stable

Just do a dedicated pronation and supination exercise. Tie a dumbbell to a strap and do that. You'll get better results than the zotmeme curls. Want brachioradialis? Just do hammer curls. Far better results than zotmeme curls.

Btw even "grabbing them unevenly" provides little to no resistance. You're still far to close to the center of mass to get any meaningful resistance. You'd get more resistance by doing pronation and supination with a hammer from the hardware store.
