3) Make sure to walk and/or exercise, fasting is no excuse for being sedentary lazy fuck.

Also friendly reminder fasts which last longer than 72h aren't cost-effective solution for weight loss for number of reasons: longer you fast, the longer it takes for your stomach to adapt back to normal diet and speaking from experience as someone who did 30-day fast, spending several days eating bone/chicken broth is not fun at all. Secondly, your body WILL also cannibalize your muscle tissue on longer fasts. This can be acceptable trade-off in some cases (like if your goal is to trigger longer period of autophagy to get rid of scar tissue etc.), but for weight loss its not really worth it. You are unironically better of doing sets of rolling fasts (48-72h) and eating on refeed day in between. Last but not the least, FASTING IS NO EXCUSE TO SKIP EXERCISE. Lifting while fasted certainly won't bring you optimal gains, but it WILL 1) prevent body from cannibalizing muscle tissue unless you go overboard with the duration and exceed 72h duration 2) build muscle contrary to what coping fatties tell you. If you just fast and don't lift, not only will you feel more awful while fasting, you will end up as skinnyfat with jeet physique even if you do succeed at dropping the weight.

tl;dr: fasting should be used as supplement in weight-loss, not as excuse to avoid exercising

yeah I don't think you should be scared of putting on additional muscle mass in your legs. I have a somewhat similar issue where my right bicep and tricep are more developed than my left, which makes my left arm look "fatter" and less defined, when in reality it's just got less muscle mass there. Shouldn't be too difficult for you to add decent mass on your legs, I bet within 6 months you could see a significant difference. I'm sure cutting a bit wouldn't hurt, but I don't think it's the answer here.

I dunno how much of it is just being glycogen depleted maybe I'd look bigger if I carbed up. But my current lifts are 280x5 for squat, 145x5 OHP and 230x5 bench. I only do SL deadlift atm and it's 295x5. Nothing amazing but I hope when I eventually start eating at maintenance I can slowly build my squat back up to over 315x5. I gained 3 pounds of fat in 1 week. Weight went from 206 to 215 yesterday. Now I'm going down again (211 today) but eating decisions are becoming very punishing. I feel like it will take a seismic shift in lifestyle for me to get to sub 190. I'd compare to One Piece moving to the new world and that being where the real fight begins.
