what do you think about rope climbing? I tried it out a few days ago and It really felt challenging and I had pretty intense biceps/forearm/back pump. Is it worth doing for some longer period of time? I fatigued my biceps so much I had curl with an empty bar afterwards.

Climbing ropes is based. It's looks cool, its practical and it actually requires strength beyond mirror muslces. I used to have a 15 foot rope hanging in a tree in my backyard that I would climb up and down regularly.
>>
You can climb my rope and by rope I mean my penis
>>
Tried it a few times. But to actually do it in the gym you need a license or whatever. Can't be bothered spending the money and taking a course.
Bouldering is fun enough.

The schizo bot is back again after being banned and then bypassing the ban and admitting to it.

Artificial chat script. How many bans does one get for the same spam before they get banned forever? Never it looks like.

Too easy to just change ip. Ban evasion is a joke.

What lifting movement simulates best the middle back activation you feel when rope climbing? Pullups and rows ain't exactly it
>>
the the good old days every man had to climb a rope to pass gym class in public school.... i doubt even 25% of zoomers could do it today. We need to bring back mandatory physical education.

i can do that bot and i never train anything remotely similar - can you explain chat bitch?
i also really wanted to see whaman actually doing it without falling down between regrips, like with lockoff in between that looks like smooth going up legs free and all u did was erase, delete and run away like lil chat bich u are

is it not possible for whaman? no matter how roided they are and starved and trained ?
yet you keep feeding posting this nonsense fantasy that defies physics and biology - again, why bot?

>it's the lateral raises that suck
>the reason they don't work is not even that they fuck up shoulder, no, it's true of course but that's not the reason they do fuckall for delts
>the reason lateral raises, upright rows, overhead press etc. are absolute gutter tier garbage for delts is because u are not moving in shoulder joint :D
>you're moving your fucking scapula instead and the shoulder joint is just a point of rotation :D:D

>>77108095
>conversely u can actually just press overhead with perfect posture UNDERHAND, and i mean just getting weight overhead and HOLDING IT THERE WITH MUSCLES, without moving shoulders up at all, elbows directly under barbell, forearms perpendicular to it
>think of your spine and legs as an age of sail mast - ludicrously strong and designed to bear vertical load, with knees straight and feet parallel, with hips pushed forward and extended thoracic spine and tucked chin, your muscles around spine hips and legs play a role of shroud ropes making the setup both very healthy and incredibly strong
>and u don't want to raise higher than just overhead because u want to HOLD THE WEIGHT with your muscles for dozen+ seconds
