what do you think about rope climbing? I tried it out a few days ago and It really felt challenging and I had pretty intense biceps/forearm/back pump. Is it worth doing for some longer period of time? I fatigued my biceps so much I had curl with an empty bar afterwards.

Tried it a few times. But to actually do it in the gym you need a license or whatever. Can't be bothered spending the money and taking a course. Bouldering is fun enough.
