Now remember, not just trying to get blood to those fingers and toes to keep them alive, but to the skin, her heart has to get blood to every bit of skin moving through all that fat. The blood vessels constrained by all that fat, certainly with all that pressure, So the blood pressure is high. High blood pressure puts you at risk for a number of emergency health complications. This thing probably doesn't walk very often because that's just such a struggle. Any bit of physical activity is a struggle. To get to that size, I highly doubt this thing has a low sugar diet. I'm sure that it's also at high risk for a stroke because it doesn't actually drink water and its blood is like corn syrup. 1

We really don't want them to get burnt out, but we don't want them to completely waste away. This is also where the nutrition becomes extremely important. They need to be taking a good solid broad spectrum multivitamin to make sure that they're not becoming deficient in anything. They need to be on a higher protein diet because we need to be preserving whatever lean mass we possibly can in this creature and we don't want them to just waste away and lose the only good tissue they've got. We want them on a low sugar, complex carb diet to try and help their blood sugar and insulin responses get somewhere back to normal. We want to introduce them to healthier means of nutrition.
