The pounds have been coming off, do you guys also get gnarly pimples when losing weight? I get some on my face which are annoying but I get some on random, usually non-pimply locations that are the worst. I'm talking like right on my traps getting constantly getting nicked by seatbelts or irritated by my shirt collar kinds of pimples. I had one on my belly that just never receded, I had to pop it and it was full of blood. Is this normal or is this from doing keto? I eat pretty light on keto but I do have bacon consistently. My skin clears up whenever I cheat for any reason, and I don't eat healthier when cheating.

Modern society lets you have too much of a good thing. If you had to make stuffed crust pizza from scratch with your own cheese, tomatoes, and dough you'd be fine since it's a good deal of work. I got a deal for a $10 pan pizza from dominos with unlimited toppings so I cranked that shit full of everything, extra cheese bacon steak ham etc.

I've been a little too much /pol/, pizza and chocolate these past few weeks. I need to find the will to get back on track. Just had almost given up and was finding it hard to feel good about the future, similar to the start of covid days. Its funny though, that losing my job during the pandemic was the catalyst that allowed me to lose pretty much 100lbs. The expected weight loss lines up pretty closely to actual results too. I've experienced it back when I did just straight up super trimmed chicken breast with white rice and homemade teriyaki sauce. I was getting a very precise amount of calories per day from that and the weight loss was spot on to what I expected based on a breathing RMR test I did, which coincidentally lined up very closely to sailrabbit. I just can't eat like that every day forever it was driving me nuts and the blood sugar spikes were abysmal otherwise it was great.
