No, he's kinda right. They're filling but not very high in calories, while still being sweet enough to satisfy cravings.
Source: I've dropped 3-4% bodyfat over the last couple months and I eat half a bag of mandarins a day like they contain crack
>>
>>77201094
>4L water
>20mL oil of choice
>4 scoops protein powder
>60g unsweetened gelatin powder
Depending on how shitty your protein powder is, alter the scoops amount to get to your cutting calories. The gelatin is only ~200 calories, so (nearly) 100% of your calories are from protein to maintain gains. 4L of gelatin is the physical maximum your stomach can fill, you'll be forcibly full. Take a multivitamin etc.

The keto diet causes autism and down syndrome in new born children. That should tell you all you need to know about people who demonize fruit. Keto is the actual devil.

I get my most shredded when I slam 6 eggs with 3 slices low calorie brown bread for breakfast (56kcal slice).

Chicken and rice for lunch in work. Protein shake when I’m hungry again.

Dinner il have chicken salad, or 2 steak and 6 eggs depending on if il gym that day.

For desert il have a kilo of 0% Greek yogurt, 5 bananas melted in th microwave on top, 150g of blueberries, ~ 30g of crunchy almond or peanut butter, some flax and chia seeds and a bit of honey on top. I’m convinced this potassium carb bomb speeds up my metabolism. I also have it for breakfast on the weekends if I’m going to be able to go to the gym and it helps me gym endlessly a few hours later.

Honourable mention is il have 800-1200g of carrot batons with 0.75 of a tub of low fat Houmous if I want a filling snack with good fibre.

Honourable mentions are a protein “banana bread” where I max 3-5 bananas, add 2-3 scoops of protein powder, 60g-90g of egg whites, 2g baking powder, mix it all up and cook in oven. Sometimes comes out dry but then I use a protein pudding as a sauce. Holy hell for a volume eater like myself this can be like I get to eat a whole cake to myself.

Eggs are your friend. One day I went on a hike and did 37k steps, I had 14 eggs with the low cal toast and siracha when I got back and baby it tasted divine.

Think about it 6 medium eggs seems a lot but it’s likely less than <400kcals

Maybe 2750-3500kcals depending on how active I’d been that day.
I’m 6’1 88kg.
The cheat code I believe is the high protein causes a high amount of calories lost by thermic effect. 20% of the cals from protein are used just digesting it!

People who are upset typically use visceral, emotionally charged language like calling a simple stimulant poison.

Hope that helps and I hope you feel better.

Sometimes people really do believe things that you don't, such as the idea that nicotine is bad for health. The fact that you react emotionally upon reading it does not necessarily mean that it was written emotionally.

If you can afford one a Ninja Creami is the best appliance you can own for cutting, especially if you enjoy ice cream
>1.5 cups skim milk
>1.5 scoops your favorite whey
>1/8 tsp Xanthan gum
>5 tsp Stevia
>half packet of sugar free pudding
>4 Oreo Thins (my personal addition)

500 Calories, ~60g of protein. And it tastes great. Very filling as well. If you want to lower calories you can cut the Oreo thins and replace with fruit.
>>
>>77201219
Granola bars are shit for cutting. Granola has a ridiculous amount of calories for the weight. They are great for bulking though when you have to get in a quick 200 cals before bed.

these protein yogurts like dannon light and fit, chobani 20g and picrel are really good and filling
>>77204765
also this, but I use a scoop of casein because it seems to make it thicker and creamier. there's endless flavors and combos you can make and they're so good
>>
Instead of spaghetti I now substitute it with sauteed cabbage (whole cabbage chopped, light sauteed in pan with lid on). Better flavour, absorbs sauces, and a quarter the calories
