Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

Traditional free weight strength training is just better than calisthenics for getting stronger, even if you only want to get stronger for calisthenics. Lift weights in a proper routine while losing weight, and practice the bodyweight exercises after your real workout. Exactly, for me it's the same. I tried fasting, wasnt sustainable. Tried going vegetarian, gained weight on it. Thought of going keto/low carb/high protein/low fat or whatever but it just sounded like a drag.

Over new years I went on vacation at 205 lbs. While there I got sick and couldn't eat anything for a few days. When I came home I was 195 lbs. I got excited but quickly got back up to 205 (office job that sits all day and not being sick). However after putting in some effort, after 4 months I'm finally back at 195, hopefully more permanently now that it happened naturally my metabolism is more used to it.
Still, losing 10 lbs in 10 days, only to gain it all back just to lose the same amount in 4 months is pretty demoralizing. I'm scared I'll get complacent and gain again

How do I stop craving chocolate?

I've lost 80lbs, I haven't eaten chocolate in over 5 months, I've cut all processed foods and sugar from my diet, but I'm still thinking about it daily. I brought it up with my grandmother and she just started laughing and then goes on to tell me about my grandfather, apparently he was a chocoholic too and used to squirrel away bars of chocolate in the back of the icebox and eat them in secret. It's ok, you're right and I should have lost more. I had a decent plan, I'm not stupid I know a good amount about nutrition and I even stocked my fridge with veggies and good shit last week. It was actually one of the first time's I've been able to go grocery shopping without getting a corn dog from the deli or mcdonalds on the way home. I was pretty proud of that.
But this week has been awful, even when I have a planned meal most days I wasn't able to eat it because I would get called out to go do a bunch a stuff and by the time I was done I was so tired I just didn't have the energy to go home and make up a healthy meal so I would end up getting a sub or a burger or some other shit while I was out.
Half the food I bought last week ended up rotting before I could eat it.
Was actually planning on fasting today just to get a good start on the week. I was good until I got a call from my mom saying she wanted me to come over and watch my dad so she could take a nap.
But then I come over and she's just eating and doing other shit and there was no reason for me to just be sitting over there then she asks me to go get her coffee from starbucks and a bunch of shit at walmart and I was so frustrated I ended up getting chinese food afterwards. So now I'm starting the week off in the opposite direction.
I don't really have a gameplan for this week, don't want to buy a bunch of shit I might not eat. I've got a couple days of frozen beef soup in the freezer. Going to just try to live on that for a few days and fast a day after that and figure out the rest of the week after that.

You are saying some things that sound really familiar to me because they were what was going on in my head and led me to being.

You have recognized your triggers. These are what make you eat. Now that you are aware of them, you need to put effort in to ignoring them. Giving in to those triggers is why you are where you are right now. It's why I was where I started >>77226610 and pushing past the urge to give in is what is keeping me moving forward.

You need to start making some meals ahead of time. Don't make them all on one day, they'll go bad after a few days. On Sunday, make meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday, make them for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The frustration one is one that I dealt with a lot. Whenever I was experiencing an emotion that I couldn't deal with, I would eat because I knew how to deal with the feeling of eating. You have to overcome that - you cannot let emotional eating rule you.

It's fucking hard man, I know what I should be doing but man I'm always either sad or angry and it's so demotivating and then when I flub my diet that just makes me feel even worse which makes it harder to get back on track.

Don't. These meals aren't the kinds of portions that you need to be eating healthily at your size while in a deficit to meet your macros (and they have a lot more sodium than they should).
I'm gonna tell you something that I had to do to beat the temptations - for the first few weeks, I left my credit and debit card at home. I would take $100 in cash on Monday and make that be the only money I could use that week for food.
After a month of that, I found it pretty easy to look at my wallet and go "well I need this $20 to buy some chicken breasts for the next few days" and not buy the tempting sub from the shop across the street of my office.
You need to start setting actual boundaries around yourself. You have to start correcting your behaviors - it's not enough to just be aware of them you have to actually take action.

You won't find your actual weight my constant inconstency, and you can't maintain that large a drop if you intend to wake up tomorrow (as your body replenishes).
