>Who is /fat/ for?
For dubious dieters working towards a longer life and a better physique through meaningful hard-work, strategy, and dedication. This is not QTDDTOT, stick to questions on fat loss. Post height and weight when asking for advice.
Join our Fatty Contest: https://www.fattycontest.com/

>What do I do first?
1. Read https://physiqonomics.com/fat-loss/
2. Calculate your Body Fat Percentage: https://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy
3. Calculate your TDEE: https://www.sailrabbit.com/bmr/
Remember to use bodyfat% and use Katch-McArdle Formula with sedentary settings or your TDEE will be too high.
4. Plan your weight loss: https://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php
5. Track your nutrition with MyFitnessPal (better for packaged food), Cronometer (better for generic food/macros), LoseIt (great for both), or Waistline (FOSS).

>Now what?
Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 0.72g per pound of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. Not lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.
Read the /fit/ sticky: https://liamrosen.com/fitness.html

>DON'T
Eat refined sugars, they're terrible for you regardless of calories.
Eat processed foods.
Drink your calories (alcohol, soda, Starbucks).
Freak out over a weight loss stall. Plateaus can last up to three weeks.
"Reward" yourself. Cheat days cheat only yourself.

Do I have a fucking CO leak in my house thats making me forget my own posts? This is exactly my situation down to having 3/4 of a day left. Except I'm not being 100% strict I'm having bone broth and milk in my coffee.
>>
>>77536800
yeah bro we have a leak that you need to fix.
we love milk but had to quit it entirely because even some of it in our coffee triggered strong hunger waves.
and we've already tried not so strict fasting and keto for 10 days but didn't lose any weight.
we've been pushed into real fasting because our body is cursed in some way.
our pp has been acting up despite it being almost dead while on CICO so we're hoping something good is happening to our body.
did you forget all that too?

I know keto has become a bad word here but if I'm looking to drop ~15% bf to 12% bf is it a good idea?

Lost like 20lbs this summer so thats nice, and i think this may be the time i actually lose it for good, but only because i have no choice

within at he last month or so we are at the point where i literally cant afford to over-eat and things are going to get quite a bit worse financially in the coming months

ive been having issues with my blood sugar being volatile for a while now and im getting these violent crashes in the afternoons and im terrified about whats going to happen if i have to fall back on getting calories from carbs just to survive because thats just going to make things worse

i want to be happy that im losing weight but these blood sugar things scare the shit out of me,a nd while ive been doing everything i can to avoid them, minimizing carbs, walking after meals etc, Im still scared shitless

i havnt tried doing stuff with beans to get protein yet but my digestion seems oddly sensitive and im terrified it might react violently to beans. i really gotta figure shit out though before i suddenly find myself unable to afford meat with no idea what to do

150kg -> 90kg, and im going to lose another 10-15kg, I'm pretty scared if my stomach area / ass will start drooping, is there anything to help with it like a cream, vitamins or different exercises or a specific food diet? I'm pretty active but most of it i low intensity working / walking but still it's over 3 hours a day

145kg -> 82kg here. I made sure to lift while losing weight so a lot of my excess skin was filled out with muscle, but there was still quite a bit hanging.
Put simply, wait 2 years. Your skin will sort itself out but it will hang and make you ugly for a few years, deal with it or get surgery.

I didn't eat breakfast today and had a normal-sized lunch. I'm getting away from eating to suppress my feelings. An hour and ten minutes until dinner. I won't reward myself with snacks. What I'm experiencing is not real hunger, it's my body adapting to not being completely full, and my brain adapting to not having a constant stream of dopamine.
>>
>>77537089
>ive been having issues with my blood sugar being volatile for a while now
are you diagnosed diabetic/prediabetic? is this based off taking blood glucose readings or just subjective episodes of weakness/trembling/etc? if you're actually diabetic maybe ignore all the rest of what i say and just ask your doctor for advice but i can try to comment as someone who also can't afford to be obese anymore, can't afford much protein, and isn't any kind of diabetic but feels like shit when eating too many simple carbs and tries to avoid it

this is not remotely to advocate for huge calorie deficits in general - i am seriously against huge deficits or fasting when you have food available, but on days when i don't have anything to eat but basically just carbs, i'd attest to feeling better eating, say, 800 calories of beans and rice spread across a couple meals, and operating on a big deficit like that than eating more calories from the same carb-heavy meals and riding higher highs and lower lows in blood sugar. both do feel terrible though, and i'm unsure what's safer for an actual diabetic

>before i suddenly find myself unable to afford meat with no idea what to do
bulk packs of chicken breasts are the cheapest and best thing overall, if you want variety canned tuna and canned mackerel are pretty close to as cheap

if you buy any kind of sloppa cut it out entirely, packaged/processed foods being cheaper is a complete myth. some random good cheap things to eat i recommend are steel cut oats, peanut butter, unsweetened greek yogurt, apples, and frozen vegetables

>my digestion seems oddly sensitive and im terrified it might react violently to beans
it could if you don't eat vegetables much. try introducing them as a side dish to other meals to get your body used to them. i have to admit that i have yet to learn to cook beans from dry and i buy them canned, and for those i find that rinsing the starchy liquid off them in a strainer helps them digest better

First month is almost done and I'm impressed by the progress. Cut sugary drinks cold turkey, try to keep around 1800 to 2.2k calories, bread is allowed but only whole wheat, and logging everything from a veggie omlet to a granola bar. not diagnosed no. in fact the doctor explicitely said my blood test didnt show diabetes. admittedly that was a while ago now i think but i was already having these episodes back then

my guess is that spreading it out would indeed bee better

vegetables are wierd. i eat frozen broccoli fairly regularly these days and its fine from what i can tell, but on the other hand i had to stop eating bell peppers because they randomly started to give me EXTREME diarrhea like to the point im cramping up and feel like im going to lose consciousness. i swear i had the same thing from eating green peas once too. these experiences are why im really afraid of how ill handle beans

ive definitely already eliminated slop. i have not tried tuna yet though. i really should because i was told i should be getting in two servings of fish a week anyway but i havnt been able to afford my usual frozen salmon

one thing ive noticed is that skipping meals makes thign a lot worse for sure. i started sleeping in the last few weeks and only having two meals instead of my usual 3 and once 3pm rolls around my crashes seem to hit harder than ever

All of the exercise in the world and not eating all day doesn't do shit when I drink 800+ calories of booze a day every night minimum.. Do fasting

lmao

>Don't eat for 2 days a week
>Eat at maintenance for the rest of the week
>Lose 1.5lbs a week
Tell me why this isn't the GOAT way to lose weight
>>
>>77537891
the theory goes that fasting causes low insulin and that allows the fat breaking enzymes to work since insulin inhibits them.
carbs cause insulin levels to rise so the fat breaking hormones don't work as well and when the carbs are gone from the blood, the insulin will still be relatively high so the body doesn't have any energy source so you get hungry.
of course, this isn't true for all people.
one should always experiment and go with what works.
>>
>>77537895
Because you feel like shit for those two days... And if most people knew how to "Eat at maintenance" at all, they wouldn't be this fucking fat in the first place.
That being said, if it works for you and you see results, that's all that matters. The thing that I'm learning about weighloss is that anyone else's opinion on what you should do is bullshit and that you should experiment with different diet plans and be honest with yourself about results after every two weeks of attempting it.
Glad you agree. You can also join me too!

Monday-Thursday I eat a cup of raisin bran for breakfast at 9 and at linner I eat 2 chicken thighs, a block of frozen spinach and a baked potato or Sweet potato. Rarely I eat a cup of penne pasta that I make into a pasta salad with tomatoes, cucumber, sundried tomatoes and some balsamic and olive oil with thyme, Italian seasoning and Mrs dash if I've been feeling good!
Thursday through Sunday I fast just drinking water and on Sunday afternoon I drink a cup of broth, wait an hour then bake a potato and eat it.
It's my diet plan, it's been going excellent so far!

>>
>>77537943
>Just 20 hour daily fasting
that's not objectionable imo, as long as you are eating every day
>water fasting when you're still very fat is fine imo.
i disagree. very fat people need the most behavioral reinforcement of stable healthy eating patterns to keep the weight off in the long run. you can argue that seeing initial results quickly is important for motivation, but when you're very fat and at your highest weight, reducing intake to, for example, what maintenance would be for your goal weight, is enough to make weight begin to fall off very quickly
did you water fast yourself at any point on your way to normal bmi
>>
>>77537950
And you're larping.
>>
>>77537955
The longer the weight loss journey for a very obese person the greater a chance they will fuck it up if they do not have a support system. You want them to lose as much weight as they can as fast as possible so they can get into overweight and then a healthy weight. Slow and steady only really works on people who need to lose 20-40lbs but someone that needs to lose 100 plus you're asking them to slow and steady diet for 2 years. Can you trust an obese person to not fuck up for 2 years? This is why GLP-1s have been taking ,off it's FAST.
>>
>>77537958
Anon just say you're too weak to fast.
>>
>>77537939

>>
>>77537961

>>
ok boys bought some heavier weights, up to 100kg and dip bars and stuff
i will get big arms and a big chest, maybe a big butt as well
>>
>>77537970
I go on a 30 minute walk before work and go for a 30 minute cycle at 10:00. At 1200-1300 I'll go on an hour and fifteen minute walk on average and when I get home I eat linner and rest. The diets pretty okay. Though this week I cut out the starch and I supplementnted it with adding green beans or broccoli instead. It didn't work well because my hunger has spiked like crazy on this fasting cycle.
>>
>>77537971
Where's the lie? How many obese people with money have taken the Ozempic shortcut instead of the slow and steady approach?
>>
>>77537961
>The longer the weight loss journey for a very obese person the greater a chance they will fuck it up if they do not have a support system.
I disagree, if you see results throughout your journey it can act as motivation to keep going, if every 10% of my journey I can see that I look different and the thing I'm doing is working, why would I stop and fuck it up? Additionally the extra time spent during this time will allow me to better learn how to handle my food intake and relationship to a healthy level, dieting shouldn't be just about loss of weight but also working towards a lifelong understanding of how to maintain a healthy weight.
Otherwise you'd just jab yourself for the rest of your life and not care, which sounds miserable
>You want them to lose as much weight as they can as fast as possible
Having someone go from 0 to 100 instantly has a higher chance of throwing someone off the diet compared to going incrementally from 0 to 100.
Being told you can only eat 50% of your food brings less despair to someone comapred to being told you can only eat 0% of your food, regardless of how long you have to do, the person will not sit and think of "oh its only X amount of time compared to the other one" they will mainly think "oh I have to endure this every single day"
>Can you trust an obese person to not fuck up for 2 years?
Yes if they see what they are doing is working, can you trust an obese person not to fuck up an unsustainable (for them) diet for less than a year?
>This is why GLP-1s have been taking ,off it's FAST.
And guess what, they will bounce back once they are off it because it never taught them how to maintain the new weight
>>
>>77537961
i don't really understand the reasoning that hitting overweight/healthy bmi faster would disincentivize regain, do you happen to have a source or a more detailed explanation for that? like intuitively it makes sense to think that if you've already achieved success, having more to lose from slipping back to a higher weight would be a strong motivating factor against regain, but from all i've ever seen, it doesn't necessarily bear out that way.
and again for very fat people it's possible to get way more than 1lb/week kind of results initially without fasting. anecdotally, at my highest weight, i lost the first 15 lbs over about 3 months without counting calories by doing literally nothing but stopping eating ice cream for dessert, so just imagine how much faster it would've been if i took any further interventions while still staying far short of fasting. maintaining your highest weight takes all your weight-related bad habits to be in full force, and being able to better control even just one of them can be hugely effective in the beginning. no need to fast to see big results.
>>
>>77537990
>once they are off it
That's the fun part, they never get off it, they just take it the rest of their life. They treat it like a Netflix subscription for not being a fatty.
>>
>>77537996
I mean if they prefer to get nauseous everytime they eat for the rest of their life and no longer be able to enjoy social gatherings instead of learning to not eat 10kg of butter per meal then that's on them
>>
>>77537977
So you could be doing 1 hour of zone 2 cardio per day (easily over 900 calories burned), have a normal diet consisting of 2600 calories per day that you could actually stick to for the rest of your life and still lose at least one pound of pure fat per week, but instead you chose to do a meme crash diet you'll end up abandoning in a couple of weeks and rebounding all the way back to 300lbs? Cool story bro, I hope you're just larping because that's dumb as fuck.
>inb4 fasting 4 days per week is totally sustainable, ackshually
>>
>>77538007
Or I can do what I'm doing right now to drop to 160lbs giving me a 20 lb buffer window to adjust my diet when I go back to three meals a day 5 days a week. Not my fault you don't have the willpower or the commitment to fast lil bro.
>>
>>77538012
300 lb niggas who diet for 1 month know everything about commitment
>>
>>77538007
1 hour of zone 2 would barely be over 150 calories, where are you guys getting these numbers from?
>>
>>77538007
>Not my fault you don't have the willpower or the commitment to fast lil bro.
nigger, you're 250lbs
>every fatso rebounds, but not ME! I'm a speciall boy!
I'm telling you, doing cardio (zone 2) and having a sustainable diet with foods you actually enjoy is the only way. It's easy to stick to a bullshit diet for a few weeks, anyone can do it, but eventually your old habits will come back. You didn't silply wake up at 300lbs, you like food. You probably like food more than most people like sex. Eventually your brain will simply take over and you'll pig out. Then your motivation will dip, you'll go back to eating junk and suddenly you're 300 lbs again. That's just the reality of being obese.

>If you learn
They're not going to learn. Not everyone has what it takes to make it as a Doctor or Lawyer, no matter how much schooling and effort they put into it they're just never going to make it. Most fatties are like that, even if they lose the weight odds are they'll just yo-yo back to where they started with in the next 1~5 years. "Diet and Exercise" is ineffective for long term weight loss for ~90% of the chronically obese because they do not have the capacity or discipline required to lose the weight/keep the weight off, they will spend their entire life trying to lose weight and failing because the lesson is beyond their ability to learn.

The number of obese people who can successfully lose the weight and keep it off just through diet and exercise alone is shockingly low, its <10% of people. So for most fatties its probably better just to take the drug your whole life. If you're one of those 10%ers who can lose it and keep it off through sheer will alone that's great for you, but that's not true for the vast majority.

Did a body scan at the gym. 38% body fat. Something like 210lb of lean mass and 125lb of fat mass. Seems like a pretty good amount of muscle mass given my obesity. How can I keep as much muscle as possible while losing weight, and how much muscle will I probably end up losing anyway? Goal weight is between 70kg (slim) and 85kg (jacked).

>Conclusions
>One year after initial weight reduction, levels of the circulating mediators of appetite that encourage weight regain after diet-induced weight loss do not revert to the levels recorded before weight loss. Long-term strategies to counteract this change may be needed to prevent obesity relapse.
>Results
>Weight loss (mean [±SE], 13.5±0.5 kg) led to significant reductions in levels of leptin, peptide YY, cholecystokinin, insulin (P<0.001 for all comparisons), and amylin (P=0.002) and to increases in levels of ghrelin (P<0.001), gastric inhibitory polypeptide (P=0.004), and pancreatic polypeptide (P=0.008). There was also a significant increase in subjective appetite (P<0.001). One year after the initial weight loss, there were still significant differences from baseline in the mean levels of leptin (P<0.001), peptide YY (P<0.001), cholecystokinin (P=0.04), insulin (P=0.01), ghrelin (P<0.001), gastric inhibitory polypeptide (P<0.001), and pancreatic polypeptide (P=0.002), as well as hunger (P<0.001).

Idk dude, when I think about weight loss I picture the average person – who's definitely obese – and I do believe the average person when properly instructed on counting macros and doing cardio (proper weightloss cardio, not high intensity shit) can definitely stick to it.

At the end of the day we're talking about going from maybe 3500 calories of mostly highly caloric foods to something like 2500 calories of mostly low-calorie, highly filling foods (and still some junk) + cardio.

It doesn't seem that hard for me. The issue is that most people these days think they don't have to do cardio (or just do some HIIT bullshit) and/or don't think CICO/IIFYM work, choosing elimination diets instead (which hardly anyone can actually stick to).

If you're talking about 400 lb niggas then yeah, fuck them.

>water fasting when you're still very fat is fine imo.
>i disagree. very fat people need the most behavioral reinforcement of stable healthy eating patterns to keep the weight off in the long run. you can argue that seeing initial results quickly is important for motivation, but when you're very fat and at your highest weight, reducing intake to, for example, what maintenance would be for your goal weight, is enough to make weight begin to fall off very quickly
>did you water fast yourself at any point on your way to normal bmi
Well I'm just speaking from a physiological perspective. Water fasting while being morbidly obese, is arguably non detrimental. But only physiologically. From a psychological standpoint, and retention of weight loss, it is not the best call.

The only way to keep weight off, is to have rewired your brain and how you engage with the dopamine relationship if you had with food that got you to where you were in the first place.

I did not water fast because my goal in weight loss was to retain as much lean body mass as possible. And water fasting would not be the most efficient way to do that. It's just a speed mechanism. It depends on one's priorities on that end. My cut lasted a year and 8 months. The final chisel being a very slight deficit because as you get lower in body fat, the more likely your body is to take energy from lean mass.
>>
>>77538070
it isn't. having elevated hunger hormones and lower satiety hormones a year after weight loss is not liking food too much.
people requiring less energy than lean and lower weight counterparts after weight loss is not natural and is not liking food too much.
>The obese and control subjects required comparable caloric intakes: 1432 +/- 32 kcal/m2/d vs 1341 +/- 33 kcal/m2/d, respectively. Following weight loss, the reduced-obese subjects required only 1021 +/- 32 kcal/m2/d, a 28% decrease (P less than 0.001) in requirements relative to their obese state and a 24% decrease relative to the control patients (P less than 0.001)
>The mean individual energy requirement of the reduced-obese subjects (2171 kcal/d) was less than that for the control subjects (2280 kcal/d) despite the fact that they still weighed 60% more than the controls. In order to maintain a reduced weight, some reduced-obese or even partially reduced patients must restrict their food intake to approximately 25% less than that anticipated on the basis of metabolic body size.

>Telling the average potato fatty to do macros
>Now telling them to do cardio
You're going to have them nope the fuck out fast unless you wrangle them. If you try to make them learn you're going to have them not do it. Making fat people skinny is like making a child learn how to do chores. You're going to have to watch them constantly and you're going to have to be there for them but you need to make the dieting "fun" a fat shit isn't going to exercise. You have to start at the duet first. Offer them lower calorie substitutes of the thing they like and stick them to a multivitamin. You keep weaning them to proper food choices untill their taste buds change and you lean them a bit more. You have to then give them positive reinforcement when they do good and when they start dropping to be more mobile THEN you get them into exercise as if they are fat enough you can cause them to go into cardiac arrest. Throwing a book and a regiment at a fatty isn't enough to make them skinny, you have to be there every step of the way and you have to be firm. You are correcting years worth of bad habits. Treat them like a drug addict who is wanting to change.

>but instead of trying to fix the root cause you just blame the patients like the rest of the (((experts))).
Nta, but I've been very fat most of my life and fixed it permanently. I've been on both sides of this. What I've learned is that it's not an issue of willpower at all. Perma-thin people think it's an issue of willpower; that they are simply more disciplined. While there are elements of willpower for everybody in regard to food, the basic difference is how one's brain is wired for dopamine & how addicted one is to the dopamine process involved in their eating habits.

The start of this addiction can come from many things external & internal. And being addicted in such ways, your hormones get fucked, exacerbating the problem.

The other issue is the types of food fat people eat are lacking in nutrition their bodies crave. So they are consistently craving that nutrition and reaching for food that won't deliver it or only deliver it in very small amounts so they eat excessively.

The only way to permanently correct this is to essentially hack your own brain. You have to know yourself well enough to figure out how to reroute these dopamine pathways. This can be done with replacement behavior, or leveraging OCD to trigger dopamine hits from hitting your macros which begin to override the dopamine you get from your previous eating. You can then piggyback into the dopamine one gets from being looked at by the opposite sex more and more. Which can turn into walks in the park daily because you start having interactions, even if just smiles and hellos. They're not scared of you anymore. They're not trying to avoid you. And all the sudden they start becoming attracted to you. These are all new dopamine pathways.

>>
>>77538109
You're thinking what, obesity disregulates the hormonal balance and that causes the rebound? So what caused the obesity in the first place? It's more logical to assume some people have naturally higher appetites (due to genetics), and those people are more prone to becoming obese.
>>

That's cute I had a guy said he was switching from steak to fish and I said that's good what fish and this dude said shrimp.
This is why you must tutor them and be a mentor. You cannot just leave them to their own devices and said you tried. You have to be there every step of the way. Treat them like a lost addict wanting to find the way to a better life. Be their sponsor.

>a myriad of factors from slop, candy, shitty parents, stressful life, to deficiencies just to name a few.
>the human body is not so simple nor is it anywhere near well understood.
Yeah, and all those factors affect literally everyone. What's the distinction between a person who picks up a cigarette and the one who grabs a pizza slice to cope? a naturally higher appetite would be my guess. Even if you're right and obesity cause a higher appetite, believing there could be a miracle Safe & Effective™ treatment that'll improve a person's metabolism to be just like that of an 18 year old athlete is just wishful thinking, best we can do is give them drugs like semaglutide and hope for the best. At the end of the day, a big appetite can be suppressed with the right foods, so it's still NOT an excuse for rebound. Again, I'm not denying leanfags have it easier, I'm just saying it's easily doable if you're educated on the topic.

I almost forgot how it feels to talk to sub-90 IQ people. Doing 3 hours of cardio ONCE after you pig out and eat a whole pizza doesn't mean you need infinite free time, retard. On the other hand, doing one hour of cardio every day can easily fit the schedule of 99% of people. Zone 2 cardio time isn't lodt, you can do plenty of stuff at the same time, like reading, studying, watching videos, doomscrolling, maybe even doing work on a computer if you have the right setup. Zone 2 cardio still allows you to concentrate on another activity.

>Skáldskaparmál Chapter 1
To Ægir it seemed that everything he saw around him was noble. Magnificent shields hung on all the wallboards. Strong mead was served and the drinking was heavy. Next to Ægir sat Bragi. They drank together and exchanged stories. Bragi told Ægir about the many things that had happened to the Æsir.

I'm worried if I pop this open now the plastic will still be frozen to it. Whoever recommended frozen chicken and "just defrost it bro" is a fucking retard. This is one of the least intuitive things I've done in months.
>>
>>77539370
What did you freeze it in?
>>
>>77539370
I generally keep chicken frozen too but the defrost is simply poking a few holes in the plastic with a knife and leaving it on the counter overnight. Just so no bugs get to it.
It probably won't stick to the plastic, never happened to me.

That was your mistake, freeze it in a freezer bag next time, the package will have an absorbing pad that the chicken will stick to.

Best way to get it off now is to let it soak in warm water. Fill your sink with warm water and place the package cling wrap side down in the water and then wait like 20 mins.

Weight loss gets harder as it goes on.
Fat isn't a perfect well of calories you can dip into, it's rate limited. Less fat means less easily available calories.
Also a lot of weight loss is just glycogen stores being used which is why people will feel great doing heavy diets/fasting then suddenly crash out.
You need to adjust.

>>77536244
>Other daily poster is getting yelled at
Heh.
>>77537955
Even with her diet plan she still plans to go for 500 days. Hard to consider that a sort time.
She's not going to forget everything when she hits her goal weight either. She'll continue to weigh herself and if she sees herself slipping she'll begin the fasting schedule again.
She's not sure what weight she'll like to be but let's for example say that it's 130 lbs - 140 lbs. She'll weigh herself every Sunday as she does now. If the weight is ever above 140 lbs she'll do a single 3 day fast between that weigh in and next weigh in. If it's ever above 150 lbs she'll go back into the schedule she has now, where she only eats for one hour every third day, and this schedule will repeat until she is within her goal weight range yet again on a Sunday weigh in.
This method doesn't require that she slowly lose weight over the course of 17 years because retards found on the Internet said she couldn't lose it any faster. She'll learn the healthy habits when she's small, right now she's big and she's got to learn habits to stop being big.
>>77538007
>>inb4 fasting 4 days per week is totally sustainable, ackshually
It actually is though, as long as your body still has fat and on those 3 days you aren't fasting you're eating nutrient dense foods. If you're 15 bmi you shouldn't be fasting but we're in a weight loss thread for fatties, not /thinspo/.
