The cable I had running to the dish had some play in it so the wind ended up breaking it internally. I had to frantically pull it down and cut out the bad part and resolder it.It is literally is just a cat 6 twisted pair cable and gets stiff and brittle over time, so having a spare on hand is not a terrible idea.
