I use an ancient version of utorrent but it has one disastrous bug. like .0015 of the time it'll randomly delete all your torrents by your user file corrupting. and there's no backups in this version

so I asked AI to make me a script to backup my utorrent daily. it actually works

@echo off

REM === CONFIG ===
set SRC=C:\Users\x\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent
set DEST=D:\Backups\uTorrent
set LOG=%DEST%\backup.log

REM === Get reliable date from PowerShell ===
for /f %%i in ('powershell -NoLogo -NoProfile -Command "(Get-Date).ToString(\"yyyy-MM-dd\")"') do set DATESTAMP=%%i

set TARGET=%DEST%\%DATESTAMP%

Does this actually make any sense? 110ms latency is really low.
I'm in EU and whenever I see Chinese players they have 150+ ms latency.
I doubt even California is that close to Beijing or Pyongyang or whatever the fuck else.
200ms latency would be more appropriate.
Of course this is a fake article.

This is the truth of things.
So naturally those that hold those views trying to make it in these kind of industry sectors keep it quiet or at most play along. The same thing goes for any industry involving creativity.
This has created the illusion that "chuds" (whatever that means at this point) don't make anything. The reality is that they do and the smart ones keep quiet and/or pay lip service when they have to.

Yeah sometimes that happens, I mean if we'd revert to historical lands then all the non injun people would need to gtfo from americas, all the niggers removed from literally everywhere except africa, all the jews, arabs, turkics need to btfo from Anatolia and Levant, give it back to the greeks whom it belongs to, and go back to the arabian peninsula, not to mention that in some cases it isnt even possible to give land back to its original owner like the pharaoh age Egyptians haven't existed in thousands of years because the invading arabs genocided them, or the hundreds of different nigger races that used to exist in Africa before the Bantuniggers killed almost all of them during the Bantu expansion

I'm not claiming that Hitler wouldn't have taken some Lebensraum from the USSR kikes in addition to just taking the German lands back, that possibly would have happened
Whether thats something unusually evil that no leader has ever done before in history, I disagree with
And when it comes to what Hitler considered Aryan, unlike the jewish narrative goes, the Slavs were considered East-Baltic and were considered Aryan in their official race classification so the bullshit that jews say that "hitler wanted to exterminate all slavs" is simply just that, jewish horseshit.
In fact, lets say Hitler did capture some land from the USSR and the people living there had choice to evacuate to further USSR or stay in the Reich, they'd absolutely had better future in the Reich unlike the USSR where millions of them in Eastern Europe where starved to death if not straight up exterminated/gulag'd for anti-semitism or other "counter revolutionary" thought crimes

But that is a discussion better suited for /pol/, you'll find rebuttals to all of your jewish pilpul there

a browser that doesn't sandbox js and allows system execution is not a thing anymore. i don't remember the last time i heard about an issue from just browsing.
executing code by the user on the other hand happens all the time by retards, mostly arch shitters that copy and paste things just trying to get something to work.

As expected, it's essentially identical to what I was poasting from earlier, other than I no longer have to type systemctl before typing reboot, and numlock is automatically on when it boots to the tty before logging in (nice). By making that argument, you assume that the author/defendant knows what a bytecode VM/compiler is.

The GNU/Linux Operating system supports x86/arm assembly, which both are fed into a bytecode interpreter, which is called a CPU.

Unfortunately for the average Python programmer, the CPU is bad at parsing code that involves text. Therefore, a JIT compiler is required, which forces hot & spicy code down a compilation engine, which takes 52 business days to complete, because the overhead to parse strange text is too much for a retarded CPU to handle.

Therefore, a VM is introduced, which may or may not reduce this complexity, while also making hot & spicy code fresh and ready to eat for every CPU under a hot and sunny day.

What you are you talking about retard? This is not making any more fucking sense that this retarded post >>107607207.
>>
>>107607746
Ahh, yes.

The CPU is extremely retarded. Therefore, it requires a virtual ISA targeting a VM (which is also retarded).

The retarded VM does a retardmaxxing switcheroo between VM bytecode, and CPU bytecode.

This is so that the retarded CPU can interpret the retarded VM's bytecode, which was compiled by some retarded C compiler, which was compiled from some other retarded compiler from some other retarded language, which was compiled from some other bytecode, which was once retarded Python code, which some retarded programmer (like myself) thought was actually a non-retarded piece of genius code that would win the Nobel prize, and land me a retarded big tech job where I could build space ships and not be fucking retarded for once.

Refined retard-maxing to its finest.
>>
>>107607803
Dunno who he is, I saw your point on using the C compiler to have a VM and have the bytecode be language and arch agnostic so by generating compiler 0 bytecode with OCaml you are done forever and can self host as you don't lose the bytecode or the VM.
So the Java, Python, SBCL approach.
Maybe it's for the best, maybe not, I wouldn't know if the complexity of targeting C would exceed the complexity of targeting the VM and maintaining its C. So I can't really comment.

Is the netrw/scp trick not secure or something? Why do people actually use the vim on the remote server instead of just using their own vim/nvim with no latency? I'm not a professional, so I'm curious.

tinkertranny software
>>
>>107586846
There's some things I just really don't want to tinker with. I know you can get nvim "distros", but the moment I want to customize something it already makes me want to quit. I like tinkering with code, sometimes my os, but not my code editor. I still use nvim for editing simple text files, but I use some bloated electron editor for everything else because it just works and I don't have to think about it.
>>
>>107602437
For me it’s because I was already sshd to the remote when I needed vim. A common usage would be sshing to a remote to run a long command while in tmux, then dettaching the tmux session so it continues without having to keep the connection open. But when I run it, it gives an error message, so I use vim to open and fix the program file then rerun. If I am intently going to work on a remote file, I do open it from my local editor.

ok nerd, are you saying that computer isn't running linux?
>>
>>107607291
yes that's actually a possibility that the computer in the OP screenshot isn't even running linux. XFCE can be used with BSD (a different operating system entirely) and there is nothing signifying that the machine is running linux.

but i think you understood my initial point is that, there are a plethora of desktop environments available to be used with linux, all of which have different UX and design aesthetics, and none of which are required to use linux.
>>

thing is if you look into the modern UX of windows and macOS these retards are even less understanding of what makes good UX. at least linux lets you make your own UX the way you want instead of being forced to use the failed designs of some brown DEI devs.
>>
>>107607456
Unless you spend years tinkering you're not going to get anything worthwhile. By UX I'm not just talking about design but also software harmony which is virtually impossible on Linux without making some sacrifices.
MacOS wins in software harmony by having a complete ecosystem.

nta. You are such a dumbass though. This is not the leftoids but the dynastic American state-within-a-state, which consists of bureaocratic dynasties within all kinds of Amerikan institutions, from the C.I.A. to the Postal Service (and its very own secret service - The Postal Inspection Service), the immigration office, the Fed, the COPS.
>It creeped him out, the way it just sat there looking so plastic and harmless among the old-time good intentions of all that downtown architecture, no more sinister than a chain motel by the freeway, and yet behind its neutral drapes and far away down its fluorescent corridors it was swarming with all this strange alternate cop history and cop politics—cop dynasties, cop heroes and evildoers, saintly cops and psycho cops, cops too stupid to live and cops too smart for their own good—insulated by secret loyalties and codes of silence from the world they’d all been given to control, or, as they liked to put it, protect and serve.
And they have their people in the supposed "fourth estate" who are just their little mouthpieces writing for deep-state rags like Politico.

These are fascists, they go in to sovereign countries with their PMS SS divisions and start massacres over anti-colonial struggles. If that is too left-coded of a word for you think of it as this: There are sovereign nations that choose to dramatically increase their populations' living standard and find that Marxism is their best prosperity engine to industrialize and become self-sufficient like the Soviet Union did successfully. The western capitalists however deem that a nations' self sufficiency is a detrement to the exploitation of their markets.
>>
>>107607816
Under the auspices of state-run NGOs or "development agencies" their market get flooded with standardizes rice and clothes westerners literally throw in a bin, completely undercutting their local production, driving the people into the cities and creating a proletariat rife for exploitation at sweatshops or agro giants.

Trump on the other hand, in addition to being totally demented and megalomaniacal, is also deep in the camp of the thielites in the new administration, chief among them J.D. Vance. In many ways they are much more insanse than the current state apparatus, but they are definitely in conflict with it as the article beautifully illustrates.

The really beautiful thing is that both camps are tied to Epstein, and now they are trying to manage the releases to hurt each other. Really interesting how the Trump admin is gonna react to this farcical release.
