I just graduated from cs in my shithole country, i worked as a tech support for vehicle tracking device company. The only thing i did in my 3 month period was Customers call us, communicate the data that needs changing in the database, and I make the changes (license plates, vehicle numbers, driver information, etc.). Sometimes we also resolve errors by sending pre-prepared commands to the device. My main question is, I'm completely unfamiliar with job marketing; is this a good job to start?
