Although you can solve it with two for loops, I had scenarios where they deliberately tried to make it harder with suggested refactors. On top of that, they asked some pretty gay over the top filtering questions (as in filtering out candidates) which I thought was bullshit.

It's all about basically templating shit that exists, match the Figma, fix the functions, match the frontend to the backend changes, fix bugs, add UI changes etc. At least that is what happened at the stupid .NET / React heavy shop I worked at.

I hate the dog and pony show it has become. I wish I could have gotten in during the goddamn dotcom boom and retired at this point since even then, if you wanted to do it, anyone would take you (if you were in the right place at the right time, a small caveat but you'd be retarded not to put yourself in California in that peak period)

Rust is just such a pain to get working compared to everything else, including C/C++ that the only people I've seen using it are autistic white men and trannies.
