if file exists then solution = json of file gets converted into table
if file doesnt exist create the file and set solutions to an empty table
its done this way because the enviroment has no way of saving on close so you have to sync the table with the file manually anyway later in the code
>>
>>107854904
local function get_solutions(path)
local solutions = {}
if isfile(path) then
solutions = HttpService:JSONDecode(readfile(path))
else
makefile(path)
end

return solutions
end

Clean Code > Clever Code
>>
>>107854904
for that specific line of code? cringe. "clever" solutions are the hallmark of retarded devs that are the first to get the axe.
>>
In C this is just
#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdlib.h>
#include <sys/stat.h>
#include "cJSON.h"

cJSON *get_solutions(const char *path) {
FILE *fp = fopen(path, "r");
cJSON *solutions = NULL;

if (fp) {
fseek(fp, 0, SEEK_END);
long len = ftell(fp);
rewind(fp);

Cringe, it’s ugly and difficult to parse. It is very rare that it is a good idea to call functions that have side effects when evaluating logic.

How come my LED light bulb dies after turning on 50k times but the LED on a LAN port blinks 5 times per second for 30 years?

crack one open and you'll see why. the leds are overdriven to get them as bright as possible.you car led headlights gonna have the same problem.
>>
>>107855589
Real answer?
Your network card don't send a lot of current to your LEDs, because they don't need to be bright enough to lit a room, and because, even if cutting corners is a given when building laptop, it's not that pinchy.

Your lightbulb LEDs on the other hand are produced to be as cheap as possible in very very large quantities, and should emit as much light as possible for the price.
They can afford to make it burn in 6 months, when you don't even remember where you buy it anyway.
So they use the cheapest resistor available and let pass way more current than reasonable to make it brighter.
If you want LED lightbulb that last virtually forever, just change the resistor yourself (5 cents and 1h if you have never done it before) or try to find "dubai" lamps (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klaJqofCsu4).
>>
>>107855911
See Dubai light bulbs, also.

Definitely makes my tinfoil feel justified.

Seems like a good DIY project, except for the possibility of making your life hell if you need to claim insurance on a house fire.
>>
>>107855589
Usually what fails in led lightbulbs is the ac->dc converter, the led is perfectly fine.

The FAQ and the library covers Electronic Warfare, which is intelligence, and there is also some tradecraft in there too.
>>
>>107853974
But why? What is it even about? I see it posted in every cyb thread but never discussed
>>
>>107854658
It is about a lone protestor in a /cyb/ dystopia.
From the description:
>Vance just wanted to make the most out of his college experience under a totalitarian regime, and if that meant hacking into the university to assign himself a hot female roommate, then so be it. The last thing he expected was to be dragged into a crazy conspiracy to overthrow the government by his most-definitely-not-female roommate. Between failed dates, failed grades, and successful hacks, Vance will slowly begin to question the morality of his actions and the true price of freedom.
>>
>>107854886
Fascinating, does he get a hot girlfriend too?
>>
How are your hacking plans going, anon?

I saw a YouTube video from a guy that made a pretty solid, non schizo argument on how LLMs could unironically be demonic. Basically, historical ways to conduit the paranormal has been with chaos/randomness, essentially inviting demons. LLM technology is based in chaos l/randomness

All these fags making bimbo looking sex dolls into robots.

But why not do what futurama did where its just a plain robot and then they overlay the identity overtop. Now granted we cant do that but with ar or vr goggles why not have a character model superimpose on a blank robot like joi and that hooker?

Maybe add hair and clothing of similar mesh so u can twirl ur girls hair or w.e. but beyond that it doesnt even need eyes and shit. Its all presented in vr goggles.

So question how long until a proto holodexk. Where i can create on demand a virtual 3d space like a white villa on a fruitger aero blue beach surrounded by ocean. With a cute emo blonde girl with eyeliner that then i can snuggle with, dance, pick up, and obv smash her puss.

Like 2 to 3 years?
