In most cases it won't. Turbo is a distilled model (as in trained on cherry picked aesthetically pleasing images from a base model), it means it has less variety / range as a model but the results are practically always great.

The new base model however is made specifically to be easy to train on, for that it needs a wide range of concepts and as little bias as possible, so it will not be finetuned explicitly to have aesthetically pleasing output, that doesn't mean it won't, just that it's not the primary goal of the model (which again is the be as effective as possible for fintetuning).

Also since it's not distilled and thus has a real CFG it will be slower to generate with. Even so the impact this model will have is HUGE since finetuning it will be SO much faster than other models of equal quality so you will see a gazillion loras for everything and NSFW full finetunes.

Right... so any sane person *would* do all that, BUT in the tcc dialect of C and not in Rust. Rust is a good fit for small, upfront designed projects like microservices, not for serious, complex projects with changing requirements.
(I'm assuming good faith here but someone who thinks Clojure could ever be a good decision may actually be a webshitter... in which case Rust can be an acceptable choice.)

You can actually set a larger font size for the chinese characters assuming it's a different font. What's great about it is that the bar will increase its size when cjk chars are present and then go back to the smaller size when they're gone.

You can livecode and disasm just fine in C, just link in libtcc and your profiler of choice. Rust idk, there's a lot the macro system can patch over but very few souls get into that and live to publish the crates.
