the problem is that using python packages to run GGUF llms are inneficients as fuck, the fastest one will always be the original llama.cpp, but like I said you don't need to do anything special with that node, you just run it and it does everything for you, no need to run the server manually >>107632919

AI bros are stealing art from 10 year old kids, what the fuck

Literally looks nothing like the stuff in OP, nowhere near as complex or clean. Obviously very good for a 10 year old but saying that OP is fully stealing is a reach. They should have just not mentioned that they ran this girl's work through AI and just said that it came from prompting alone.

>it hurts their pride
Good. I've been "stealing" art since the mid-90s when I was taking whatever I could find on the internet, editing it in photoshop/paint shop pro then using it for banners, buttons and whatever other bullshit I needed for the web pages I was building. I'm never going to stop and there is nothing they can do about it. All emails I get crying about it have always got sent directly to /dev/null.

And how do you print a document, it's file > print, correct?

No? Wait, the entire menu at the top of the screen has been removed? Ctrl-p to print?

And then you realize that everything is really /x/. They got rid of the menu at the top of the screen, and they listened to all of the IT phone calls this resulted in, and the elites did all kinds of gambling about these IT phone calls. That's what actually happened.

Windows 11 is like they sat around a table, discussed every single thing that made Windows 7 good, and decided to remove those features. Why? In doing so, it gave them something to gamble about.

The war in Ukraine? Gambling. Gaza? Gambling. Mass shootings? Gambling. Healthcare? Gambling. Shitty software? Gambling.

etc etc etc
There are no guardian angels, there are just people that gambled that you would act ethically.

okay, so why I'm seeing non stop windows 11 rant and shit? This system has been released 4 years ago, how it is STILL bad exactly? I'm now reading articles about it, but I honestly can't believe this is real, I'm still on windows 10 btw.
>>
>>107633023
The rant is because Windows 10 EOL recently.
Windows 11 is unironically no worse then 10 when it comes to the negatives, but it has at least some positive things over 10.
>>
>>107633023
the worst thing about WIndows 11 is that its slower and less user friendly.
you can thank outsourcing and vibecoding for that

If you live close to the data centers its not bad. The start-up times are kind of ass though. You are going to be waiting an additional 30sec-1min just for the game to start loading. Other services were faster loading games, but had worse latency. This or shadow is probably the best. I prefer onlive or googles version though.

They really should really start making streaming only games for one service. Then the devs could shit up one set of hardware and make updates and patches easier. I'm really surprised someone has not done it with a sequel to an mmo yet. Game streaming and "live service" games go together and seems like an obvious move to me.
>>
>>107631619
>Doesnt know what piracy is.
Youre a fucking idiot. Using steam for primarily live service games? Fine i can understand that. But only owning steam versions of games is fucking retarted. If you like it, pay for it. Then pirate it. Or dont pay idgaf. But backing up your offline games with drm free is the way to go.
Compress then burn to dvd. Make game case.
Its almost a small hobby in itself.
I do this with evety piece of software i purchase, and dont purchase.

Ahh makes sense makes sense. Maybe I am too optimistic but this assistant tone could just be a phase we go through. People will eventually get sick of the sycophantic "THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION OF ALL" and then the way to get rid of that is to sneak in old data they stopped using.

Why is this whole environment so sexually repressed? Using this technology to do.. this which nobody except 2 people care about is fine. Raping the model general capacity for it to be better at this useless shit is fine. Meanwhile probably at least one of the guys in the pictures and up to 50% of the planet could use a sexbot, but that is icky and we need to stop that.

My 2 cents:
Catalog search does not filter, it's just Ctrl+F
You can sort bookmarks in the bookmarks menu but not in the bookmarks swipe tab
Scrollbar is ugly and thick
Pic attachment is not I'm the reply area but it's on the opposite side of the screen
In the bookmarks tab, what's the difference between "unbookmark" and "delete"?
You can't swipe bookmarks away to unbookmark

Pls fix

I completely forgot about making this post, love the fact I seem to have stirred up a shitstorm. I think the reason it's controversial is because a lot of Anons gain pleasure from having many moving parts with every use case catered for. Glad to see I'm not the only one who enjoys the idea of putting arbitrary hard limits on things and shrinking them instead of expanding them.

>>107615522
I gain mental clarity by needing to focus on fewer things at once. One device, one firewall, no NAT, etc. As well as an autistic satisfaction from building things from the ground up and ending up with a setup that is unorthodox, but entirely my own. For example, a lot of anons mentioned power consumption being a motivating factor - I don't have or need hardware powerful enough for that to be an issue to me in the first place, so I can afford to think outside the dogma of needing an extra low power router/server to compensate for the beefy PC.

>>107606972
If I can access files hosted on it from a remote location, then I do think it qualifies as a "server". I'm thinking of limiting as many services as is feasible to Wireguard (I'm also looking into things like QUIC). Ideally, it would be the only device on the network, in which case no routing would be needed, but it could also provide routing for another device that might need an Internet connetion. Yes, I am aware of the limitations of this.

>>107632139
The point was to illustrate a PC being directly connected to the modem, either omitting the router or the PC itself being a router of some kind. Meanwhile, you're sperging over the source image being from the mid 2000s.

Latest VDSL can do 300/100. G.fast can theoretically reach 2gbps, but deploying that over some FTTH tech is retarded.
>>
>>107631923
raid 1 (mirror) two disks. Always buy disks of the same size and in pairs.
raid 1 (mirror) your next two disks. add both mirrored pairs to a raid 0 (stripe) array.
you now have redundancy with the best performance and easy upgrade path that always can use all your disks.
>>
>>107633046
they deploy g.fast in some old buildings in vienna, it only makes sense if tenants don't want work done in their apartments.
