If you use the GNU Image Manipulation Program, there is something wrong with you mentally.

It is the only thing preventing me from using a Linux-based OS on a permanent basis. I need Photoshop to work and WINE is buggy as shit. The GIMP is a shit alternative.

Prove me wrong. Why would anyone deliberately use this garbage?

GIMP has the ability to write GEGL syntax in GEGL Graph and then turn it into a custom GEGL plugin by writing .c code. The syntax turns into a plugin with sliders and its NONDESTRUCTIVE in GIMP 3.0.4 and 3.0.6

Nodes in GIMP's GEGL are just as complex as nodes in Blender. There is no difference in the complex potential that they hold. The only difference is that GEGL only shows its nodes in text only mode where as in Blender nodes are in a friendly GUI.

(unless you count Activey's new project for a GEGL only UI)

if you're watching live action you'll never see the difference even on slow.pics so it doesn't matter. If you're watching anything older than about 2008 then unless the encoder denoised the chroma it won't matter what you use because there's too much noise to get any signal. If you're watching a more recent cartoon with a native vertical resolution of at least 810 then you can start seeing the difference and will want to use the best meme scaler you can run because chroma scaling is anisotropic with respect to the color channels and red will always look the blurriest with naive kernels.

Alright well since firefox is doubling down on implementing ai in their browser and theyre completely ignoring their user base professing how they dont want it. Which is the better fork of firefox to flee to? Im considering waterfox or librewolf since both are likely not to implement the new aislop bloat. Recently heard about this floorp browser too but its new to me and idk anything about it. Plus the name sounds gay as fuck which is the only reason im suspicious of it, the name alone already sounds like its begging to be abandoned but thats just my surface level take

maybe try waterfox again

it's resistors in a permanent 1bit configuration, fiio k11r2r and soekris dam1021 have a 1bit mode too. this means ru7 has no NOS mode but it's better in every way. i might buy a really cheap ru6 for shits and giggles if i come across it
also ru7 has a stuttering problem fixable by using a different device (power output and buffer related), letting it warm up and not using the windows driver. warning you cuz it will piss you off if you require it to justwerk

On a Raspberry you'd put Retropie and Kodi.
The Pi Zero is only viable for NES emulation and older consoles, no idea how that compares to yours but I doubt it'd run Mega Drive or SNES games (the Pi Zero 2 does run them).
Before you install Kodi, make sure that ffmpeg supports hardware video decoding on your board. If it's not supported then you're wasting your time, videos above 480p will not play.
